Kapitel 4: National City & D.E.O
A large blue portal opened just on the outskirts of National City, the portal was generating a high influx of energy and it was so strong that it flung anything in the vicinity, even things attached to the earth itself were plucked out.
Loud roars of gold and blue lightning began to surround the portal radiating with power and destroying anything close. (Don't worry he isn't too near the city! In a field..) As the portal began to increase in size, it slowly flickered and before it could diminish a gold suited individual with blue highlights and sparks flowing around him emerged from the center.
Before he could even take a step on this beautiful Earth he was immediately surrounded by flashes of light and guns... 'Wow their response time was quick, or I just happened to be in the area' Axel thought, amused at the predicament he was in.
"D.E.O FREEZE" Shouted a some-what middle aged man clad in a black suit.
"WHO'RE YOU! IDENTIFY YOURSELF!" Another man shouted.
"Greetings EARTHLINGS" Ryder roared in a demonic laugh. This caused every agent to tense up and sent a shiver down their spines until the man in the suit began to laugh hysterically.
"Nah I'm just fucking with ya!" He said whilst trying not to break-down again...
"The names Ryder, Axel Ryder (Bond... James Bond) how may I assist?" He asked with a finger under his chin.
The D.E.O agents just stared at this man in disbelief until a red and blue figure flew over from the city and dropped down from the sky causing the wind to flutter around her.
"Barry?" "You look.... different" A mysterious (You know who it is) women said.
"Ah, Miss you're mistaken, I'm Axel Ryder, at your service" I say politely with a small bow.
"E-erm *Cough* oh, I thought you were someone else, my mistake." She said. 'Very polite' She thought.
Before I could continue I felt something probe my mind, obviously due to the Martian, however unbeknownst to him it failed.. But I decided to play along and follow through. Thus I was feigning unconsciousness. Why? I must gain their trust somehow, showing them they're in control is the best way to do that... Whilst I slowly closed my eyes and began to slouch I heard a growl.
"JOHN! Why'd you tranq him, he wasn't a threat! She shouted as she moved towards the now 'knocked out' Axel.
She begins to move closer to him and ponders whether to take his mask off to reveal his 'Secret Identity'. She then decides not too, because she respects that and wouldn't want it to happen to her anyways.
D.E.O Base
Prison Cell
Axel 'awoke' from his 'slumber' with a groan and gripped his head acting as if it had hurt as it should've if the Martian were to make you fall unconscious.
He started to listen in to the conversing of the people outside of the room he was in.
"His suit looks awesome" Winn said.
"What material is it?" Alex asked.
"The real question is what exactly is he, and where did he come from?" The Martian questioned. (Always the suspicious one *Cough* Batman *Cough*)
"I'm right here you know" Answered Axel in his demonic voice from the other side of the glass.
The others were frozen in shock at his somewhat terrifying voice.
He started to giggle a bit and then asked "Why am I restrained and 'trapped in a room?"
The others stood staring still at his actions and Winn started to laugh a bit whilst Kara elbowed him in his abdomen whilst suppressing a giggle of her own.
"Mr Ryder, we are simply reducing risks as we don't know whether you are here for good or evil intentions..." John stated with his calm demeanor.
"Aha... If I were here to cause harm, I would've killed you all by now... I'm simply visiting and potentially making a second home here." Ryder said smiling behind his mask.
"I'm sorry to say this Mr Ryder, but you can't leave this chamber without our permission as your powers have also been neutralized..." John said.
With that Axel began to laugh until he removed his mask to show off his perfect face, that the goddess of beauty would fall beneath. (Why not... Don't worry there shall be chemistry, not just omg he hot i'll go out with him next chapter xD)
"And how have you 'Suppressed' my powers?" Asked Ryder with an amused smile.
"Well, that's confidential, but we've encountered a speedster before..." He replied.
"Ah, yes Bartholomew Henry Allen... I've met him, I'll help him eventually, but there is a difference between him and me..." Axel stated with the same smile that for some reason sent a cold shiver down John's spine...
"And what's that may I ask?" Said the Martian with curiosity.
"Well, you see..." Axel began before he started vibrating as gold and blue electricity sparked around the whole room as he stood up and walked towards the glass causing the power to flicker throughout the building... The others looked in shock and slight fear at this action. Even Supergirl was ready for a fight until he finished his next sentence.
As he phased through the wall, he finished it off "I'm a lot faster, but also friendly to" He said with a thumbs up sign. He stopped vibrating and entered 'Flash Time' (Not really Flash Time, but Godspeed Time I guess?). As he did that he created a quick mirage of himself and sent him to scout around the city to get a layout of it and to also go to another publishing company of this earth and hand in more comics so he can also earn money here...
The D.E.O just stared at the perfect man with admiration and a bit of fear at how quick he can move.
Guns were trained on him even thought most of the agents knew that it would more than likely fail if they had to shoot. Axel slowly strolled up to Supergirl and bent down on one knee, grabbed her hand and kiss her knuckle much to her shock and everyone else, as the began to ease up a bit.
"Pleasure to meet 'The Last Daughter Of Krypton' and a 'Noble' at that... especially one from the House of El" Ryder said with a smirk.
This sentence caused everyone in the room to panic and Supergirl to stare in absolute shock and surprise at how he knew who she was and what house she was apart of.
"H-how..." She stuttered gasping for air.
With that he decided to implant a seed of curiosity into their hearts as he zoomed out of their headquarters and made his way to the city. Specifically CatCo

ATTENTION THIS BIT IS APART OF THE AUTHORS NOTE, I KINDA MADE IT A BIT TOO LONG MY BAD!
Ok, It's late... I'm sleepy... Not my best chapter, but hopefully you liked it. It's getting to the weekday now so updates will be substantially slower due to the apprentice/college thing. I mean being thrusted from school into waking up at 5:45 getting bus an hour later only to work from 8am till 16:30 with a 30 min break is hard work! Especially with another 7 hours a week of college coursework :P
Ah well I'm a stop bitchin, enjoy. Rate if you liked it and what you think should be added... I do plan to make him cross dimensions to say the MCU but obviously he will reside in the ArrowVerse with Flash. Tell me if you want him to form a team with Flash or add in some OC's to form his own team..

JakeWJElliott Also tell me if you want him to kill people or not? I already have somewhat of an idea of what he'll do to bad people, specifically Meta's and more importantly speedsters :D For those who read the comics might know what I mean.
Enough of this rant jeez this may be longer than the chapter itself...
