Kapitel 1: 4 am - Another morning, I guess

Another panic attack. Just breathe. In, out, in and... still, air still raced into and out of my painful lungs, each breath bringing a new sharpness with it. Hallucinations. Strange, demonic creatures haunted my dull green eyes, contorting into all sorts of disturbing shapes. Though it was nothing new to me, it still chilled me to the core knowing that my mind could imagine such monster - like shadows.
