Kapitel 29: Hidden Talent
(Luna's POV)
After Athena met everyone from the pack, they all left the office. Jacob and I looked at Athena and saw how happy she was. Seeing her this happy made me smile.
Her smile didn't leave her face at all. Not even when we got home. She ran to Jacob's parents and told them all about it and they smiled watching her tell them about it.
Athena didn't calm down until we sat down and ate dinner. After she ate, she looked very sleepy so Jacob took her to her bedroom. I was originally going to do it, but he insisted.
Upon finishing my dinner and taking a shower, I went to check on Athena. The door was slightly opened and I heard the two talking. Let's hear shall we.
"Daddy, can you sing me a song."
"Hmm I don't know honey. I haven't sang in a very long time."
"Please Daddy."
*sigh* "Okay honey, but don't tell your mother."

When Jacob finished singing, a tear escaped my eye. It was so beautiful. How come he doesn't want me to know he sings. I guess I'll ask him later. I walked back to our room and sat on the bed.
After a couple of minutes, Jacob came into the room. He was walking to the bathroom when I asked him "So...When were you going to tell me that you could sing?"
Hearing me ask this, he frozed. He slowly turned to me and tried to speak, but he couldn't get a word out.
I got up from the bed and walked towards him. "You don't have to hide it. I heard you sing to Athena." I said to him. He still couldn't say anything. Instead he just looked down at the floor.
I chuckled at him and said "Dude,Why didn't you tell me you could sing? I didn't think you could have an amazing voice and when I heard you sing to Athena, I literally shed a tear. It was so amazing."
He was still looking at the ground and said "I didn't know how to tell you. I honestly thought you would laugh at me."
I was shocked by his answer. "Why would I laugh at you? You have an incredible voice. Actually one of the best voices I have ever heard. Like I said, I nearly cried hearing you sing."
He looked up from the ground and saw that I wasn't lying. Before I could say anything, he pulled me into a hug. I chuckled a little and hugged him back. This lasted for about a couple of minutes.
When he finally let me go from his embrace, I looked at him and saw he was smiling. "Promise me you will sing to me in the future. Or even sing with me in one of my songs." I said to him.
He chuckled and replied "I promise I will sing to you in the future, but I will have to think about the second part."
Hearing his reply, I got really happy inside and gave him a kiss on the cheek. "Now go take a shower. You stink." I said to him laughing a little. He chuckled a little and nodded his head and went to the bathroom.
I can't believe him. How does someone hide a voice like that. It was so amazing. Such amazing talent. I really hope he accepts my offer of singing with me. It will be really cute. It would also bring us closer together.
