Julian looked at Porygon and got his system to work.
Julian "System, analyze Porygon, see if it can be improved further"
Julian ordered.
The system soon started to work, it scanned Porygon and started to look into its code and find if there is anything wrong with it, it only took the system an hour to decipher the entire code of Porygon, with this code Julian could make his own Porygon.
Julian 'What do you think?'
Julian asked.
System [There are many changes that could be made to make Porygon Zero more functional and perform better]
Julian 'How long will it take for you to modify the code?'
Julian asked.
System [2 hours, 47 minutes, 33 seconds]
The system answered.
Julian didn't expect the system will be able to modify the code so fast but he remembered that the system inside him is more powerful than anything in this world, on top of that Porygon's code, was written more than 20 years ago.
The system got to work while Julian decided to entertain himself by watching some tv, he watched some movie that was being broadcasted right now, after that was done, he watched some news, since this is late-night news most of them were commercials or gossips.
He also heard his name being thrown around but he didn't stop at a particular channel to watch what was being talked about, he was soon distracted by the sound that rang inside his head.
The time the system had presented was up and the modified code was ready.
Julian couldn't help but update his Porygon as soon as possible.
He sends Porygon back to its Pokeball and connected it to his computer, he could monitor Porygon through his computer, he is able to see its data, he even had a stat chart which displayed his Porygon's strength and weakness and it was quite accurate, similar to his system's readings.
His Porygon seems to be a better special attacker but not by much, its stats were well rounded, the only thing that Porygon was lacking was speed.
Seeing the stat Julian wondered why Porygon had such a different stat, if the pokemon is fully made of codes, why didn't Dr. Akihabara didn't program it to be completely all-rounded with equal stats all over the board.
Once he looked around, he let the system take over the operation, the system then sent the modded code into Julian's computer and started to upload it to the Porygon inside the Pokeball.
Julian just watched the process as Porygon was being updated.
As the process was about to complete, the system suddenly asked him a question.
System [How would you want to calibrate the stats?]
Julian "Elaborate"
System [With the data being modified, Porygon has gained 60 extra points that can be applied to any stats, does the user want to distribute these points evenly across all stats or a certain amount to a certain stat?]
Julian 'Can the stats be modified after being allocated?'
System [Yes, they can be]
The system replied.
This was huge news to Julian, if this was true he can modify his Porygon's stat to his liking depending on his future battle, with some thought Julian decided to allocate the points to stats to his liking.
Since Porygon's ability is Analytic, its power can increase if its move last by analyzing its opponent first, the thing is the system to change its current stats as well.
He told the system to increase Porygon's attack stat and make it equal to its special attack, he then told the system to reduce Porygon's speed and then allocate the remaining stat to both the defenses.
The changes made Porygon a lot more power but a lot slower as well but it was all part of Julian's plan for his gym battle that he will have in Santalune City.
The system did as he asked and finally completed uploading the final bit of code into Porygon, once it was done, Julian called out Porygon and looked at it, there seems to be no change in its shape or size but there was indeed something different about Porygon.
It didn't seem lifeless like before, it still felt like an artificial object but there was something different about it.
Julian 'Show me its stats'
System [Affirmative]

Julian was happy with the current stat distribution, it is better to have a better defense at the start as it will be able to take more hits and with its ability, the attacks will be much more lethal.
Now his only concern is how to teach it new moves.
