The gigantic sword clashed against my shield non-stop; it is like my sphere of shields is some kind of nut it needs to crack.

I am releasing the internal energy without holding back to deal with this attack; it is the only thing I can currently do. Holding back even a little could cost me my life, and I don't bet on my life when there are other ways.

I could feel the frustration it had kept deeply hidden in its eyes, but as seconds passed by and turned into minutes, it became visible.

The Grimms are extremely intelligent, but they are too confident in their own ability that they end up underestimating the enemy despite understanding it should not be underestimated.

It has happened and proved so many times that it is a racial flaw of Grimms and not just a stereotype that we humans have created to make us feel good about ourselves.
