Kapitel 50: I love You, Daddy.
We are still at the lounge, as David and James walked towards us they saw how Starlight was so close to Daniel.
"Daniel, how can you have such precious daughter." James chuckled. He was envious.
Daniel smiled and replied, "Every child is different." He held onto Starlight's hand and I am glad Starlight is reliable.
Starlight smiled.
"Starlight, since our vacation will be over soon. What do you want to do when you grow up?" Starlight said, " I want to be a doctor, I want to help people like daddy. Since daddy cannot see, I want to help him see again." Daniel was so touched, he nearly shed a tear. Starlight held onto Daniel's hand and said, "Daddy, wait for me. I want to make you proud. I love you, Daddy." As Starlight kissed Daniel.
Even David and James were so touched. "Starlight, you are going to be a fantastic doctor. We will cheering for you." David and James said. Starlight was happy.
"Starlight, you are really wonderful." Daniel said. "Whatever you enjoy, go for it." Daniel felt for Starlight's forehead and kissed her.
"I love you, Starlight." Said Daniel.
"I love you too, Daddy." replied Starlight.
Elaine and Shanshan told me, "Crystal, you've raise Starlight so well. She will be a wonderful big sister to Rose and Isabelle. Thanks to her that we are safe. Crystal, I wish I had Starlight as my daughter." Elaine said. Shanshan nodded. I jokingly said, "You need to ask Daniel and Starlight and wait for their reply.." I smiled.
As night came, our trip will be officially ending since tomorrow will be heading back to China by plane.
I said to Starlight, " Starlight, tomorrow we will have to go back home. On the plane, can you sit with daddy? Mommy has to take care of your sisters. Mommy will sit behind you." Starlight nodded happily as she gave me a goodnight kiss.
I am thankful that this trip ended well and everyone was safe.
