The plot seems good but the author's writing is nauseating, I read until chapter 42 and I couldn't take it anymore. It's very childish writing, it's like those current novels that are sold on Amazon, I have to say the writing is very Americanized, as I said the plot is very interesting but the writing is very superficial, there's too much comedy, the protagonist's reactions are Exaggerated at times and not at others, the opening chapter was very promising but after that it went downhill. There is a lot of exaggeration in the characters' speeches and actions. The author also puts a lot of her world views and idealizations into perspective, so much so that it almost seems like a biography. Every time something is written like "Love is this...", "Trust is this...", "Life is like this...", in the end it seems more like a self-made monologue by the author and not a romance novel.
it's really with a read, especially towards the end. it reminds you that relationships can only work if it's a two way street without extra unnecessary distractions
I especially loved the role of ML....and his brother...though they weren't related by blood but their bond was stronger than blood brothers. Good Author....Loved it....
Loved this book a lot. 100% recommended. I loved the ML Ye jie the most. The FL is strong and doesn't need ML to save her like other novels. The relations of the FL with her friends were also amazing.
i want moreeee aahhhhh and especially for the sidecharacters😭😭😭though i'm still at 365 hehehe this is so gooooddddddd i'm glad i read this novel though i'm late hehe.. I stop reading novel last year but i'm glad i'm back❤❤❤❤❤
I started reading this book because of the Author ❤️ No doubt this is also the Good story but if it had less quotes it would have been better😅😊 ❤️❤️❤️❤️for author
Holy Moly, This book is not good, its the best, I never expected this to contain so many thought provoking statements, it touches something inside you. If this novel is in your to do reading list, do yourself a favor, jump it to 1st priority.
i start reading this when i was in second grade of high school and now here I am second year of college, this story has accompanied in through happy and sad moments of my life and I'm proud to say my favorite character hasn't changed to this day which is Your Majesty Ru

The overall story was good like best . It showed reality where if you love somone soo deeply there are chances they might take you for granted. And one should not run away without facing anything . But ending seemed bit boring for me it could have been much better actually. Bcz story was good but ending made me bit boring but it's okay ✊🏻🥰
Found this novel not too long ago and couldn't stop reading it since then, love how the novel doesn't revolve only FL and ML, but also the people around them and their emotions and relationship issues

Interesting story I like the slow burn between them at it is a perfect mixture of romance, humor, drama and trauma the rationalal quotes put a significant amount of balance in the story..
I really enjoyed this book although it has lots of tropes in it the the main characters are written sharply. The main characters don't immediately jump into love but its a slow process where each begins to lean more on the other for support so when they go into relationship with there problems it feels more natural.
It was a good story but it is not completed. i dont like the fact that the Author mislead me when the the story did not end yet it says completed. “Shame”
I recommend diabolical beauty because of how direct the scenes are and their perspective of love and how each character fights for his ideals about him, it seems to me a very refreshing way of a story that can seem repetitive.
As always, the author did a wonderful job. And first time where I like the ML over the FL. I enjoy reading each of the characters in this story and my heart breaks along with them and laughs along with them. The author had me going through the feelings that each of the characters were experiencing and that makes it truly a wonderful read. I highly recommend!!
