Kapitel 384: World War 3

Jessy linked her arms with her mother's and they walked towards the canteen wearing a pleasant smile on their faces.

Inside the canteen, after putting foods in their tray...they settled comfortably into their favorite table and talked animatedly about the world and local news dominating the headlines.

Sarah's face turned gloomy after a while.

Jessy saw the worry on her mother's face. "What's wrong, Mom?" she asked.

"The current war happening between countries...the tension between leaders are being tested once in a while...some experts believe it can escalate to World War 3..." Sarah said.

"It's not going to happen, Mom," Jessy tried to pacify her mother's fears.

"Well...I'm just hoping it won't come to that terrifying end...the majority of the world's population is already struggling to survive with their problems and a major war is the last thing they want to entertain in their minds," Sarah expressed her fears.
