Xia Ning saw Jin Yan waiting for her in the ward when she returned.

"Xiao Ke, where did you go?" Jin Yan immediately went up to her when he saw her.

Xia Ning looked at him and asked,"it's so late. What are you doing here? you haven't recovered from your injuries."

Xia Ning nodded and said,"thank you, but you don't have to come over. I'm fine. You should rest well."

Xia Ning turned her head away and dodged his hand. She walked forward to the cabinet beside the bed, poured a glass of water, and gulped it down.
