Kapitel 2: Returning with Alicia
He slowly opened his mouth and with the same empty voice as the little girl he slowly said
''I don't know''
The questions finally finished being repeated and when a smile seemed to be formed on his face he heard the next that filled his empty eyes with an emotion that is not even able to be described.
'. . . Incorrect'
And slowly the emptiness surrounded him, his body, his soul, and nothing remained. Everything was as it started. Empty.

(( Amelia's POV ))
I... don't know what I just witnessed, I only saw Liam make a little cut on the little's girl neck and when her blood fell on the floor everything happened too fast for me to comprehend.
Liam whispered something about an awakening or something, the little girl's eyes changing different colors, Liam suddenly broke some rules, Liam disappeared, and everything turned quiet until I heard the body of the little girl falling on the floor.
I saw her unconscious body on the floor and I slowly approached in fear something else might happen until I was only a few steps beside her, I extended my hand and poked her on the face for a while making sure she is unconscious.
After picking my things and erasing the evidence of the fight including Liam's body with a bone dissolving elixir, I was prepared to leave.
'I should not leave her here, should I?' hesitating a little, I slowly turned towards the little girl, lifted her and carried her on my arms towards the car that brought our group here.
While leaving the Star and Moon Forest I could not help but think again about the happenings that occurred, shaking my head I let those things go to the back of my mind, I have to concentrate on the herb that I found for grandfather first.
I slowly and carefully take the herb that is inside the spatial ring and unfold the clothes surrounding it, I carefully look at the herb and all the details, after a while I finally take a jar from the ring and carefully put the flower in the jar, and with nothing to do, I fell asleep.
When I woke up, I only heard whispering voices around us until I turned to the driver, Jason, and slowly said
''What happened?''
''It's just the usual miss'' after a while he said ''We are about to arrive in about 10 minutes.'' and turned silent once again.
I was still half-asleep but after a few minutes, I collected myself and felt a weight on my lap and turned to look until I saw a little angel, after seeing her I remembered the previous events and slowly shook her to wake her up.
I saw her open her eyes, a beautiful golden color with a hint of azure, I only looked towards them and felt as if I was engulfed in those eyes until after a few seconds I noticed she fell asleep once more and I only sighed and shook my head.
Jason notified me we already arrived and I slowly left the car while carrying the little girl, after passing servants, clansmen, and guests I arrived at my room and left the little girl there, called a few guards to stay behind the door and quickly left.
After a while, I am just behind grandfather's office, knocked on the door and quickly entered. I saw father leaning against the balcony while looking at the stairs and softly said ''Father, I was able to get the herb.''
After a while he turned and saw me holding the jar containing the herb and smiled gently while saying ''Good job Amelia'' while looking around he said ''And the other two?''
I pressed my lips and carefully explained everything that happened until the end and turned to look at father, he still had a smile but this one would send chills towards anyone and said to apparently no one ''Investigate Liam and the elder who recommended him.'' and a shadow flashed and left as if nothing happened.
I only looked at this silently and waited for father to calm down until I finally asked about what to do with the little girl
''Father, what should we do with her?''
He was about to say something until I heard something behind the paint that was just behind father's desk, I turned curiously towards the paint of a woman with golden colored eyes and a man with azure eyes but I did not see anything amiss and turned towards father again and saw his face that transformed from a dark and cruel expression to a shocked one while looking towards the paint.
He slowly walked towards it and removed the paint from the wall and saw a safe in there. He slowly opened it and I saw a beautiful red jade shining with an intense light.
After a few minutes he turned to look at the paint then at me and asked with excitement ''You said that the little girl had golden eyes?!?''
I only nodded in confussion and I only saw him instantly disappearing heading towards where the little girl is, I only sighed at the drama that is happening to me this few days and started following father until I remembered the paint that father was looking at and turned to look and saw my aunt and uncle together, I was about to continue walking towards the direction father went to but I stopped to look in detail at the paint specifically the eyes, and compared them with the little angel's eyes and quickly followed father.

and I am really sorry or the hiatus :p
I finally won against the god of death and revived, that's my excuse... :'D
And because I received injuries due to the long game with the god of death *sigh* I can only make 1-3 chapters per week, but don't worry fellas I already have 10 chapters saved that I will whenever I want to :P
Btw the god of death's name was ''Laziness'' and ''Writer's block'' can you believe it?!?
