Li Chen was brooding in the corner with his father's business associates/allies.

His father Li Jianguo had been invited away for a separate talk with the Li leaders but he had not been taken along as he was 'too young' to attend. He was feeling miffed on being left out.

"Li Jun and I are only 7 years apart and he is 27 this year. Why can he attend the leaders meeting but I can't. Just because he was born first to his father. Aren't I also first born to my father?" He complained.

"Young master, please calm down. Your father has said to always show a calm and graceful demeanour in public. We can't say how many eyes are watching every move of yours, we must not give our rivals points to attack." An associate reminded hastily.

Li Chen quickly fixed his scrunched up face and whispered calmly while rubbing his prosthetic finger nervously.
