It was mid afternoon, right before Phoenix's class was about to break for lunch their teacher Miss. Bloomfield stopped them. "Class before you leave for lunch, I'd like to introduce you all to three new students." The classroom door opened and in came three very good looking guys, the first one had short blonde hair, green eyes and was 4'1'' in height and was wearing the male uniform which was a white dress shirt, gray jacket and black tie. He was also wearing gray pants and brown dress shoes. The second one was a 5'2'' with long black hair that was tied in a low pony tail. He had dark stormy blue eyes and was wearing the same uniform; the last one took Phoenix's breath away. He was a 6'5''; his hair is dark green. He had long bangs pushed to the right side of his face covering his right eye in the process, but his left eye looked like a demons, it was a dark red and had a black swirl in it. His uniform was the same as the other two but he didn't seem to want to wear the required tie and white shirt, instead he was wearing a dark red T-shirt with the gray jacket over it.
Phoenix just stared at them from her seat in the back; she quickly went into her bag and pulled out the three sketches from her sketch book, and noticed that they looked just like the three boys that were standing in the front of the classroom.
"Would you please introduce yourselves to the class." They nodded and then turned their attention to the rest of the class.
"Hello, my name is Sora Hinata and I am seventeen years old. It is nice to meet you all." The blonde, now known as Sora said with a calm, soothing, voice that made half the girls in the room go gaga over him.
"My name is Riku Haru, and I am also seventeen years old. There is not much about me I'd like you to know, for I will be keeping it to myself." Riku the one with the long black hair that any girl in this class would kill to have, besides Phoenix that is. But just like with Sora his voice was also calm and soothing, but it also was a little bit deep compared to Sora's voice.
And last but not least, Mr. Doom and gloom. But all he did was sneer at everyone in the room before looking at the door.
"*Cough* Please excuse my friend, his name is Kage Melaina and he is eighteen years old. He's not much of a talker, but don't worry he'll warm up to you." Sora said reassuringly with a smile on his face that seemed to brighten up the whole room.
Miss. Bloomfield nodded and was about to pick their seats when Riku asked something that nobody in this school had asked before. "Miss. Bloomfield, if you don't mind, my friends and I would like to sit next to the white haired girl in the back." Riku said smiling at the teacher, and just like that the whole room grew deathly quiet. Not a sound was heard; everyone turned their attention to Phoenix, who wasn't any better than the rest of the class. She just sat there in her sit in a state of shock; Miss. Bloomfield final came to and looked at Riku with both shock and fury. "Mr. Haru, while I'm ok with students picking their own seats. I must say that sitting with that...that waste of space will stop you and friends from being top students like everyone else." Everyone in the room was agreeing with Miss. Bloomfield, and like always Phoenix said nothing but smile when Miss. Bloomfield gave her a nasty look.
"May I ask why you think that, Miss. Bloomfield?" Sora asked, now this happened to catch Phoenix off guard because for as long as she's been attending this school nobody has ever questioned the teachers. While except her parents but that was about it, now all have a sudden three new students came along and everything starts to change.
Miss. Bloomfield looks at Sora wondering why he and Riku were questioning her authority, "Well if you must know, Mrs. Blake has been nothing but trouble since she's got here. Not paying attention in class, going off into the garden maze so she can smoke, and not only that but she's been bullying the other kids to give her money! I for one don't want you and your friends to associate with the wrong crowed." Phoenix looked at her teacher, mouth opened and eyes wide. She knew that the teachers have been spreading rumors about her, but she never knew what was being said. Until now that is.
"Put a sock in it lady, your screeching is giving me a headache." A vary gruff voice said, everyone looked at the door to see Kage leaning against it. His eyes were closed and his arms were crossed, the frown on his face never leaving. Miss. Bloomfield was furious; her face looked like it was to explode. She spun around and faced Kage. "Mr. Melaina! That is no way to treat a teacher!" "Yeah, and this is no way to treat a student! Let alone a person you old hag!" That effectively shut Miss. Bloomfield up, Kage then begin to make his way to the back of the class, both Sora and Riku following him as if the whole conversation between the teacher never happened.
When Kage reached Phoenix's desk he did something that Phoenix thought would never happen while she was in this school. "Hey Phoenix, would you like to have lunch with me and my friends?" Phoenix's red and blue eyes looked into Kage's dark red and black eye trying to see he was playing at; Kage saw this and laughed lightly.
"You want to know if you can trust me, uh." Phoenix's eyes narrowed both she nodded at the question. "Don't worry, you can trust us. We won't hurt you...I promise." And for the first time in years Phoenix since the day that everyone turned their backs on her, she said three words that changed her life for every.
"I'd love to."
