"I tried to find him..." Mo Yao Wang uttered softly. His face did not change but his voice sounded anguished, thinking about what he tried to do. "His soul was not in the underworld... Unless.."

He shook his head trying to eliminate the idea that flashed on his mind. "Either his soul was trapped or..." Mo Yao Wang's eyes started to sting, he blinked his tears away.  

Despite the overwhelming feeling of hopelessness, Mo Yao Wang forced himself to speak. "He may have completely... He... Vanished.." His voice faint. Trying to suppress the pain of losing Xiao XiRan.  

Before Marlene and Zhiyuan told him about what happened at the forbidden forest, Mo Yao Wang is already well-informed of those events.
