The Sinful Angel's Prayer Equipment Set was not a T2 Equipment Set but was an ultra-rare Legendary-level equipment set. The method of getting it was so difficult that throughout the seven years that Li Yi had spent in Pantheon reading countless walkthroughs and rare books, he still had no idea where the equipment set was dropped. 

In both his previous and current life, only one person had managed to obtain this Equipment Set, and that was Ah Ye, the yellow-robed Priest.
