.....
At the Xia household
Xia Lingxiao hurriedly charged out the Xia mansion towards a large grassy desolate hill and knelt into front an empty grave.
"Xia Rong your brother is late in saving you from those low life bandits who murdered you, but I know your alive somewhere for you are stubborn and will not die that easy. Your older brother shall find you!"
He shook his head in disappointment at the thought of his dear beloved sister being hunted down and murdered by a pack of bandits and thieves. Just as he was contemplating on how to seek revenge for Shi Rong, a voice sounded from behind him. "Xia Lingxiao, my poor 2nd eldest son just how long do you plan to mourn her death?"
Xia Lingxiao opened his mouth in surprise, but no words came out. There really wasn't a reason for General Xia to visit his sisters grave for he knew the grudge he held against her. To be frank, any ordinary person would believe bandits and thieves was the reason for his sisters misfortune and premature death, but in his heart, he knew General Xia had a hand in it. He just didn't have any evidence.
"Father, I shall be taking my leave and heading towards the North Peak Mainland into the Xiao Dragon Country to visit my good friend the 4th prince."
Xia Lingxiao replied hurriedly after composing himself and rushed off the desolate hill in a blur.
General Xia gritted his teeth as he clutched his hands into a fist till his hands turned pale.
