I was instructed by Master Kyosei to intake food as much as I can to make sure I won't starve while on the hunt. He also instructed me to keep an energy bar and some chocolate with me all the time in my pockets as it will help a lot especially during the time you are running out of stamina or you are just plain hungry.

He also helped me get armed properly with weapons and although he recommended me to use sharp weapons like the kukri, machete, and other sharp weapons, I was more comfortable in using blunt weapons as it is my very first equipment ever since I started trying to survive the apocalypse.
