Are we ever wholly dead? Completely dead?
Jack has lived a lonely sad life, and we follow him into death! Follow Jack's journey into death, where he finds that death isn't the end, but just the beginning.
After death, Jack awakes in a new world, very alien from our own, in every way one can imagine. As some things change, others do not; is it human nature that is vile or do all intelligent beings become a slave to their ambitions.
Jack finds himself the ruler of an undead kingdom. Furthermore, he is The Holy Witch King, an undead with Holy powers? What's a bonehead to do?

Schreiben Sie eine RezensionAuthor isn't shameless giving himself a full 5 stars for this, he deserves them. The plot unravels at a nice rythm, the foreshadowing is down intelligently with same-time actions through multiple POVs, the characters evovle and are well fleshed-out. No abuse of common writing props in the novels around (no system, no face-smacking,no fatty, no comic relief-guy...), and it's really refreshing to read without skipping paragraphs or having whole filler chapters describing the same scene three times with the same hyperbolic sentences. I really like the change of mentality of the MC. He doesn't turn from a scaredy-cat like nerd to a homicidal maniac, no no... he follows a real denial curve, depresses for a bit, and finally picks himself up deciding he might as well do what he wants, staying true to himself. This is not a wish-fulfillment story, it's a nice story that will make you think a bit about yourself, laugh and wonder all along. Worth the read.
While Wholly Undead is not the first title with the transmigration genre, it is one that takes an interesting and, within the fiction of the story, believeable approach. The main character, Jack, is both entertaining and relateable, with his need to entertain himself when bored and his selfishness when it comes to that which he cares for. Each of the characters around Jack his closest friends, consorts, pet, and tool; are an absolute delight to get to know. They give our view of the world more diversity and allow the author, Voidmirage, plenty of opportunities to expand the world which holds Daegoth. I personally find the pacing of the story to be quite nice, not so fast that I loose track of what's going on nor quite so slow that I grow frustrated and disinterested. While there are grammatical and vocabulary errors they are never so bad that the reader is unable to figure out what the author was trying to relate, portay, or explain. Furthermore, the author shows care to their readers and story by going back and correcting mistakes that are pointed out in the comments section by readers. Though we, the readers, do not yet know every nook and cranny of the world, we are slowly coming to understand the world at a very comfortable pace. Overall, I quite enjoy the schemes of our villainous God-King, and I look forward to the future of this story, as well as, all future stories of Voidmirage. To the author, I quite like your inner voice, and your style. Thank you.
Spoiler enthüllenAuthor here. Yes, I am shamelessly going to give my story 5 stars across the board. If I don't like the story, then who will?! I'll be posting new chapters on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If I have any extra chapters I write, I will ghost post them on the weekends. Let us dive into the story of Wholly undead, and see how our Main character Jack will develop the Holy Kingdom of Deagoth. Please comment, rate, and throw power stones at the story, if you like. Thank you.
So far I love this novel and only hope you keep writing it. :) 1. The world building is insane! (Meant that in a good way) 2. At the time of this review the release of chapters is steady. 3 I like the main character. (No seriously that's all that needs be said) Please give this novel a chance because it's not the regular Shiite power fantasy but a good story (At least of chapter 50)
One of the better stories on this platform. It has Action on Epic proportions, Well woven plot and Highly engaging and memorable characters. I'd say this is one of the most essential must reads on here. 99/10
Spoiler enthüllenThis is close to Overlord.. I absolutely enjoy this novel! The MC is amazing and is very clever and intelligent. This novel also keeps you in suspense! There is amazing "character building" and "story progression"! I can't wait to see how this novel turns out. It is definitely a hidden gem!! and I highly suggest to read! Keep up the great work!
Hail to the God-King! It's hands down the best original novel on this site. Join the Brainless Sect and vote power stones! \{☆¤☆}/ - Just a brainless fan and a believer of the God-King faith passing by.
Very nice. Characters are logical, the world building is great, but I think you could describe the human world more. The development (although a bit too slow) make sense. And it has very great potential.
Good writing, original world, interesting characters, and a good ol' Supreme Undead Pontiff to top it all off, amazing. Also, the story line and plot twists are good, it's not like some stories where you read chapter one and know what chapter 500s gonna say, it's unpredictable, but doesn't just pull plot twists out of it's ass, it makes sense.
Love the story, it’s a great twist on an undead novel, there are a few minor grammar mistakes every now and then but nothing serious, this novel should be in the top 100
Fantastic and interesting story with a unique view on the undead which I love as I am always fascinated by the undead in the stories but they are always sort of skimmed over but this goes into full detail and I love it.

This novel is amazing. That's the short version of this review. The novel has characters which stick to their own persona along the way. There exists enemies, allies and much more with different personalities that varies. The world building is growing more as time passes by while Jack (MC) grows stronger. The quality is good and I don't know the release schedule yet, but I guess it is also good.
I need more of this good read. The action is so good and it just keeps getting better and better. When you get out of the drama it moves on to the next. Great cliffhanger. Really good story and awesome pacing. 😃
Spoiler enthüllenI love this story it has a lot of potential and the world development is excellent. The main character Jack is just your typical everyday computer nerd who now has the world in his hands. I especially like Emily and her singing of the prophecy. It is a dog eat dog world but Jack has it under control.
very nice. The beginning was a bit rough, but it evolved into something much better later on. Therefore, it's worth the read. ............1234567890

Very Overlord like, if you enjoyed that, you'll definitely enjoy this. Anyway, I'm not good with these reviews soooo just read this hidden gem and give your powerstones.
Autor Voidmirage
If you like Overlord, you are going to like this as it is very similar. MC is once again your average unappreciated nerd who becomes big badass boss in a fantasy world. But there are several elements which make it different: - MC is clever and he himself is not so much powerful (it is his knowledge which makes him into a powerhouse). - The world is very original and interesting (underground world where undeads are people and LIVE like people). - Characters offten show some standard tropes, but these are executed in a good way. And yes, villains are people too and do not act without reason. - Story is mostly logical, but unpredictable and plot twists have been detected. And yes, what seems plain at first may later appear to be much deeper. It also contains some really emotional scenes. As for elements, story mainly focuses on undead (human) relations. There is some politics, battles and cultivation, but these are secondary. It contains unexpectedly nice romance, moderately funny humor, popcultural references, some common sense breaking and lots of undeads. The only thing I would reproach is that the story would deserve an editor. I often find some little mistakes here and there and dear author, "your" is not equal to "you're". Still, really good quality for a new writer.
