Kapitel 391: Purify the Place pt 2

"…purify?" The sloth demon didn't sound mad or offended at all. It was as if it was genuinely asking Luca if he was going to perform a purification.

"Yes. Don't reason with me." Luca hummed as the white light started to glow brighter. The sloth demon only watched it glow brighter until it fired a wisp at the sloth demon's head. A low resounding groan echoed, and the sloth demon's head bounced back from the hit. It then stared at the white light again.

The hunter didn't care about its action before he continued with the purification. However, as a demon was standing before him, the white light kept on attacking it. The sloth demon, however, only endured the hits it was taking. Luca then frowned at the scene; how come it wasn't getting scorched by his purifying light?

For a while, the sloth demon stayed before it spoke again: "...white light… scary..." Afterward, it quickly dashed out of the open window. Luca's eyes flickered. Scary? It wasn't even harmed.
