Kapitel 961: THE FINAL FIGHT
"Boss! We defeated our enemy. But this bastard don't have many passes with him." ,Logan spoke as if he took out a mere weakling.
Others didn't even look at the fight between Peter and Logan. But Peter who was fighting Logan experienced the level of comprehension his opponent had in Dao.
Peter was dealing with Logan and others for a while now. He was absolutely sure that Logan and others were definitely not a Dao Masters. They learned it very recently.
So what kind of power could a recently became Dao Master would posses? Needless to say, the experience they will have will be mediocre. So how much Dao energy they could extract in an actual combat?
Others were completely distracted with the fight between Rick and Cohan. So they did not see the fight between Logan and Peter. But Peter knew that the level of Dao energy released by Logan was completely on a different league. In fact, the amount of Dao energy released by Logan surpassed even his own.
But Peter felt something different about the Dao energy released by Logan. He felt as if the Dao energy released by Logan was something special. He felt as if this energy was similar to his Dao energy. But the only difference is that it's a rank higher than his Dao energy. It was as if the Dao energy concept which Logan and others masters were completely different than his own.
Peter could not tell what exactly was this difference. But he could tell that, Logan's Dao Energy was a grade higher than his own. But there is nothing he could do. He was helpless right from the very beginning to the end of the battle. Logan easily suppressed him. He did not even give him a chance to speak.
Peter wanted to ask for help as he felt that the situation was not looking good for him. As the battle dragged, he felt as if the danger of death was looming over his head. He knew that if things continue like this then he will definitely die.
But Logan easily manage to suppress and kill him. He took his revenge finally. Right from the very beginning to the end, Logan did not speak anything. But Peter could tell that Logan was actually disgusting him. He could see the discussed in Logan's eyes.
This is the reason why Peter had that shocked look on his face. He never imagined that he would die just like that against the opponent whom he suppressed in the past.
Peter died. And this scene shocked everyone. After all, Peter was the member of the Raven Sect. Peter is now dead. As for Cohan, his self confidence was devastated. And nobody knows how long it will take for him to recover from this humiliation.
How many people would dare to go against the mighty Raven Sect? But Arjun and other members of the Star Moon Team did exactly that. They did not sure even a little bit amount of fear for the Raven sect.
Nobody knows what kind of future is awaiting them. But they knew that a big fight will definitely happen between the two sides. The Raven Sect won't tolerate even the slightest bit of disrespect towards them. And the kind of this respect they received during the period of competition was massive.
So why would the Raven sect would let the members of the Star Moon team go? It is absolutely impossible. The feud between the two sides had gone beyond repair. Only one side will exist after this feud came to an end. And most likely, the side that will emerge victorious was actually the Raven Sect.
"It doesn't matter. We want and that's all we need." ,Arjun smiled and said, "So take some rest and recover."
"Yes boss!" ,Logan replied.
Arjun then turned to words Bruce and said, "I think the further fight is meaningless now. The main members of your team are either dead or no longer in a situation to fight anymore. If this drags on, then it will be a huge blow to your self confidence. Do you insist on continuing this fight even after all this?"
Bruce did not reply. He knew that no matter in which angle one look at it, the situation was not looking good. Initially he wanted to arrange a fight between Star Moon team and the Raven Sect's teams.
After hearing about Arjun and his powers, Bruce felt as if a shadow has been formed in their hearts. And the only way to bring them on the right track is by letting them kill the members of the Star Moon Team.
But even right now he felt as if he had underestimated Arjun. He looked at the remaining members from the Raven Sect. As of now, their faces were completely filled with fear and anxiety. These people were strong. But that is only physically and had a strong cultivation base.
But in terms of mental attitude, they were very poor. Since the day they joined the Raven Sect, they were living comfortable life. They always provoked others. If they were in any kind of trouble, then most of the time, the name Raven Sect would make them run away in fear.
And against ignorant people, the Raven Sect would take charge and kill them. This is the reason why this people do not have any strong mental fortitude. And since two of their strong companions were defeated and one of them was actually beheaded, it instilled immense fear within their hearts.
Bruce intended to help them by letting them kill their opponents who were troubling them. But it looks like his own plan backfired against him. Instead of solving the issue, the situation even worsened. And he knew that he is the reason for all this.
Bruce felt he needs to take the responsibility for his actions. So he looked at Arjun and said, "Fine! What you said is right. The further fight is meaningless. But it applies to other members. But not for me. So let us have a fight between the two of us. This will be the final fight. And whoever comes out victorious will be the champion of the competition."
"You are right." ,Arjun smiled and replied, "Both of us are aiming to become the champions of the competition. You have your own determination. And I have my own determination. Even If it wasn't for the feud against our two sides, we would have fought each other anyway. Since we both are aiming for the championship, the fight against each other is inevitable. Let us fight and and this."
Bruce and others felt Arjun made sense. No matter what, this is the competition for the championship anyway. And only one person could be crowned as a champion. So the fight between the two teams for the championship is inevitable.
Bruce and Arjun prepared themselves for the final fight of the competition!
