Kapitel 260: Dragon’s Scale (III)

Hui Lan and young master Hei's carriage soon entered the royal palace of Sha Yin Kingdom. 

Hui Lan took a small peak at the palace through the small gap in the curtains. Hard sand rocks were stacked together to make the palace wall which was different from any other buildings she had seen.

Fifty and more carriages were parked within the palace walls in long rows.  The guests got out of their carriages one after the other.

They were all dressed in warm clothes as they were well aware of the cold nights that Sha Yin had.

Like the other guests, Hui Lan came down from the carriage like a frivolous young master.

Everything was all good, until the moment her feet actually touched the ground. Immediately, she could feel her muscles tensing up.

…It was so cold!

With her frail body, she couldn't stand the cold like before and her jaws were clenched tightly to hold in the coldness.
