Kapitel 103: Waking up in a Foreign Office

Previously

Harry tries to talk to Hermione to cheer her up and is afraid that she will clam up in her dorm so he accesses his vampire powers and loses control. He manages to send himself flying out of a window and nearly dies before Kai saves him.

Kai watched as his son slept peacefully. When he had felt his son in danger, he rushed towards him immediately. He hadn't been able to move at his top speeds, because he hadn't been able to access his Devilification to enter the beyond lightspeeds. But he had been able to sense his son due to their progenitor bond.

He was aware that Harry couldn't use his abilities well and that was the reason that he wanted to teach him how to re-harness his abilities or at least bond with him and bring a memory to light.

But never would he have imagined that the boy would have sent himself flying off the side of the castle and nearly killed himself. The situation would have given Kai a heart attack if his heart was still beating. Others may have found it funny, but it only terrified him.

But luckily, he had managed to save him from his death. Afterwards, he had broken the sound barrier multiple times to bring him to his office that also acted as his bedroom and let him rest on his bed.

He had also bandaged him up as he had wounds from the impact of the glass window, door and had received multiple shards and cuts from the door.

His thoughts were disrupted when Harry let out a low groan and he awoke. The boy would feel a mild discomfort in his arm as it had dislocated when Kai had grabbed it and pulled it out of its socket as gravity had pulled onto his son's body.

Harry opened his eyes and the first thing that he saw was the familiar ceiling of Hogwarts castle. However it wasn't his dorm, he tried to get up but heard a familiar voice tell him. "Don't try to get up you need to recover. After that fall I'd be surprised if you could get up."

When Harry heard his words, he received a shock as the memories of the fall returned to him. As he looked around, he saw Kai sitting on a stool looking at him.

When he saw him sitting like that an image briefly flashed through his mind. He could barely see a long-haired man look over him with a bandage in his hands before the image rapidly disappeared.

Kai watched his son suddenly scrunch his face up like he had suddenly received a shock.

"Are you ok Harry?" Kai asked.

"Yeah can you tell me what happened?" he answered.

"Well, it appears that for some reason you have been rushing over the castle's corridors at your full speed and when you tried to stop yourself you couldn't. So, as a result, you went flying out of the window and I saved you."

Harry looked at his teacher in surprise. "How did you know where I was?"

Kai looked at him in a funny way. "Harry you were projecting your emotions all over the castle. It was natural that I would know where you were."

But Harry got the feeling that there was something that Kai wasn't telling him. "I was sure that I fell out of the window how did you save me?"

Kai looked at him with another funny look. "Are you sure that you didn't see me. When I caught you, I was sure that I heard you say, Angel."

"Wait you were that person that flew after me?" Harry asked after he blushed.

"Yes, Harry." The raven-haired professor answered with an amused expression on his face.

"This was the reason that I wanted to teach you about your vampire heritage and abilities. There are unfortunate side effects with vampirism that aren't as simple as the obvious need for blood. And these disadvantages come from your inability to control your abilities.

We will have to immediately have to start your lessons. Come to this office tonight after you have your dinner. Understood?"

"Yes professor, I have a question. You mentioned tonight, can you tell me the time?" Harry asked.

"Harry, you do realise there is a charm for this exact purpose, right?" Kai said with a slight grin. "I believe the incantation was Tempus."

"Oh right, where is my wand?" Harry asked.

"To answer your earlier question it is currently 11 in the morning so, you are currently missing your 4th period. And your wand is on your bedside table inside the black box."

Harry looked down and saw the said box and opened it. Inside it was his familiar Phoenix feather and Holly wand. He grasped it and felt a surge of magic move through his body and into the wand.

Many crimson sparks appeared, and Harry felt his bond with his wand deepen. "What is happening?" Harry said out loud.

"I do not know Harry. But is most certainly is fascinating, is it not?" Kai responded.

Harry didn't know how to respond. "Well anyway you should go back to sleep, your body has to recover." The vampire professor told his son.

"I can't sir I have to go to class. I'm fine."

"Mr Potter you are most certainly not fine. You have managed to send yourself flying off a cliff and almost died. This experience is bound to leave psychological scars and I most certainly am not going to allow them to fester.

It seems that we have another subject to talk about in our lessons. Now sleep."

Harry's eyes felt droopy, but he fought it off. "Sir I need to go to see Madam Pomfrey, she is the school's best healer and she will know if I need help."

"Very well I will transfer you to the hospital wing if that is what you wish, now I wish you happy dreams."

Unfortunately, I will have to go on a break. I am finding that I don't have enough time to write properly and as a result, I am stressed out and my writing isn't flowing properly.

I am unhappy with the situation and as many of you, an see the chapters length and release speed has been going down as a result.

The break isn't going to be too long at max a month to calm down and get some more inspiration.
