Chapter 31: Damon The Prideful

Strong yet slender fingers were cold against the sizzling body of Crescent. Her slaughter butterflies fluttered around her upon sensing her distress, their fangs that were ready to devour showed and glinted against the dark corner of the back alley he pulled her into.

Malice dripped from her emerald eyes. The corners of her lips were carved with upward curves.

Cent's body became rigid as she felt the hot breath of the proprietor against her slender neck which was exposed when her hair turned upside down with the commotion. Her glowing green eyes glowed even more like embers sheen that startled the bystanders that were about to come – something that she did not want to happen.

Help me here, you idiots!

"Umph! Hmph!"

With glowing green eyes and hair that flung everywhere while her limbs flailed as she tried to reach out for the cowering zombies – the idiotic zombies seem to be mistaken about her intention as if she was chasing them to be admonished.
