Chapter 450: The lonely river village

Maddox looked Scarlet up and down. Her weird blue-green eyes judging her. 

"You are actually serious, oh wow." She exclaimed. "But I don't know, living here is very expensive and you look poor."

Scarlet blinked and glared at Maddox. 

"Hey," she shouted, unhappy. 

Which part of her looked poor?

Maddox scrunched up her nose and sighed. "You are one of those people who don't like hearing the truth." 

"Will it kill you if you keep quiet?" Scarlet shoved Maddox's head and then pouted. 

How much did it cost to live here anyway? She could just ask Lythia for a loan on whatever currency was paid here and she could pay it off slowly. 

It was too bad that she had already spent a lot of crystals on the other house already. 

"Where are you?" she heard Severus asking in her mind. 

"Lonely river village." she answered. 

"The posh place!!" Severus exclaimed. "How did you get there?" 

"Do you remember Maddox?" she asked.
