Chapter 35: Mr. Xu Is Far From Kind

He pulled away and stared at her; her face was now red, and shock was visible on her face as her mind was in turmoil.

Grace's hand moved to her lips. "Did he just kiss me?" She wondered.

She was unable to look into his eyes. "I am not your friend," he added before he drove away.

He picked up the bottle of water next to him and handed it to her. "Drink up before you explode in my car."

Her mouth widened open, but she took the water and smiled at him.

"Thanks, Mr. Xu."

"And Mr. Xu, when are we coming back again?"

He glared at her, and she looked away. Soon they arrived at the mansion, and she didn't want to go down in the car.

"Make haste," he said. He had to hurry back to handle some affairs, and he also wanted to leave before losing his self-control.

"Mr. Xu, can I come to your place? I don't know where you stay," she asked with a pleading tone.

"No," he replied, and she folded her hand.
