Chapter 188: The Message in the Pendant

Ming and Xinyi joined the rest inside the cave but Guang met them at the entrance.

"Xinyi, I think it's time for both of you to hear the message inside your pendant before we travel back to Fengfu City tomorrow." 

Hearing the phrase 'the message inside the pendant', widened Xinyi's eyes, like there was an explosion in her brain, but of the good sort, making her tremble out of excitement. "That's great. I totally forget about it, but I really want to hear it too." 

Ming's face displayed somewhat akin to excitement, but more on the curious side. He seemed not too bothered about it. For him, those whispers had nothing to do with them anymore because it was of the past, for his great-grandfather, and not for him. Mostly that Xinyi and he had openly admitted what they truly felt to one another. However, learning from it could be beneficial to them.
