"Hey, chubs." A smiling Taf grabbed the bag from Draxx's head. The world generated by the space stone was altered so even after opening his eyes Draxx couldn't tell the difference. Though Taf smiled, Draxx knew he was no different from a demon, this was further reinforced by what previously unfolded.
Yet this Draxx was a crafty fellow and knew the means to survive. He recognized his worth to the couple had diminished thus he once more sought to reinforce it.
In a flash he went in a monologue speaking his ideal, "Sir Mouse, you are a pioneer. For far too long I have bashed my clan for seemingly living in the past, holding on to the old ideals. Pillars were erected as monuments for old accomplishments. That's simply backward thinking, we should mold our juniors to surpass what those before had built. Not rely on them for sustained growth."
The second chapter of the week. Good ol' Draxx.
