The 'log' body in the church had already been 'killed' in the frantic counterattack by the robots earlier.

Dark Knight helpfully said, "Ultron doesn't lack vibranium – it's normal for it to have a backup."

At that point, he paused before he suggested, "Why don't you scold it again, Thor? Maybe it's hiding a third vibranium body."

"Sorry, I have no more words." Thor rolled his eyes. Big Bat, you're clearly making fun of me!
