Chapter 56: Responsible

"I told you not to run off like that!" Vee shouted at Gabriel as she tended to his wounds,

"Honestly how could you be that irresponsible??"

"I almost thought they took you back!"

"You're lucky Eli convinced me to check for you two!"

"Didn't...didn't I die?" Gabriel asked, looking around the room he was in as Vee ranted on and on, he was surprised he was even alive.

The room he was in was a lot like the one that held Eli though it was bigger and right by his side, Oli lay, still injured.

"You Hestians always say the same thing," She said, putting away her stuff.

"For the last time. I'm not a  Hestian!" Gabriel protested, ending his sentence with a violent cough,

"Careful, you're still injured," 

Vee picked up a bottle from the shelf and poured out some pills into your hand,

"Here, that'll help," she said, handing him the pills,

Gabriel looked down at the pills a bit hesitant to take them
