Chapter 40: CHLOE AND ALVIN
On weekends, Mava was always discharged from the hospital, she went to Jk's place and knocked, he opened the door for her.
Mava.... Anyahaseyo!
Jk.... Hi, your Mava Gresie?
Mava... Yes iam.
Jk....Come in please.
He served her snacks and juice.
Jk.... Its good to have someone who knows my language. How did you learn it?
Mava.... Well, i had been to korea once and i learnt it, i had a korean teacher who taught me.
Jk.... So, which side did you live at?
Mava.... (I was yoyr neighbour, but i cant say it, it will sound like a flirting joke.)Somewhere in Seoul.

Mava.... Anyway, lets start right away so that we can rest later on.

She taught him slowly and he was quick to learn, but she didnt let any chance of looking at him go away, she used it rather.

Jk.... I guess my teacher is good and also... pretty.

He made for her noodles and served her.
Mava.... Thanks hon.... i mean, Jk. (I almsot called him honey, control yourself Mava, take it step by step.)
After eating, she left happily. On sunday, Mava again went to his place and taught him, be went to the kitchen to cook for her, she followed him.
Jk.... Dont worry, i will manage alone.
Mava.... Jk, i cant hold this anymore.

She pulled him closer to her face and kissed his lips, he was suprised.

Mava.... I should get going.
She left, but Jk was in shock, he licked his lips.
Jk.... Goodness! That was unexpectedly sudden. I thought... that only i felt that way, who wouldve thought that i would easily fall fir a non korean girl, she is so pretty and attractive, its a good start then.
Jk had already caught feelings for Mava the day he first saw her, not knowing that they had romantic history, though it was all on rewind, which only Mava knew about.
Mava went back to the hospital with her parents on monday.
Doctor.... I think we will have to keep here for awhile, she is not allowed to leave the hospital, her condition is worsening.
Dad.... What are you trying to say doc?
Doctor.... Well... she needs pure oxgyen for now, its risky for her to stay outside.
Dad.... Are you saying.... that she cant leave the hospital anymore? Will she be fine, doc?
Doctor.... She will, only if she stays inside here.
Dad.... Anything you say doc, as long as she is healed.
Mum.... She wont like this, but we have no choice. Honey, someone should look after her, or else, she will run like last time.
Dad.... Let me hire some men to keep watch of her.
Mava was not allowed to the hospital anymore, no matter how she pleaded and tried to escaped, it all failed. As for Jk, he spent a week without seeing her.
Jk.... Hope she is fine.
He had no idea about her illness, a pretty girl approached her, she sat next to him.

As for Mava, she was bored at the hospital, she only watched dramas and played videos on her p. c all day long. She took a stroll around the hospital and sat outside on a bench next to a hot guy.

Alvin.... Whats good?
Mava.... Are you a patient here too? Your not, your not wearing this boring outfit.
Alvin.... Hahaha... are you complaining?
Mava.... Sorry, i shouldnt be like this to a stranger.
Alvin.... Its okay, sometimes, we all feel like talking our problems to some strangers because our own people couldn't comfort us.
Mava.... Thanks, i should head back inside.
Alvin.... Are those... ypur bodyguards?
Mava.... Dont mind them, my parents hired them to look out for me so that i dont run away from here.

Mava headed back inside for her daily check up, as she was leaving the doctors office, she bumped into Alvin.

She waited for him, in a few minutes, he came out from the doctor's office.
Alvin.... For real? I didnt expect you to actually wait for me.
Mava.... Well, i had no choice since i know no one here, it wont hurt to make a friend.
Alvin.... Good point. Actually, my grandpa suffers from a heart disease and his starting treatment soon, so, here iam taking care of the old guy.
Mava.... Oh, poor him. Am also a patient of the same disease, thats why i cant go home.
Alvin.... Sorry, its a scary disease.
Mava.... It wouldnt be if only i could roam around the city as i used to before coming here.
