Chapter 20: Chapter 19: Viona’s Confession

Jock clapped his hands and laughed. "Well, well, well, look who's here? Our precious Delta."

Gerald immediately walked over and bent his head to Jock. "Alpha, I just arrived from sending messages to other packs."

"You must be tired, my Delta. Have a rest."

"But what happened? Why was my daughter held by Mike?"

Jock sneered and then shouted, "Lambda Mike, please explain to Delta Gerald what his daughter did."

Mike couldn't say anything as Sophia bawled to see her father. Instead, he patted Sophia's head. "There, there. Don't cry, sweet pup. All will be alright."

"Daddy, they want me to go." Sophia whimpered as she tried to breathe. "I did nothing wrong. You must believe me!"

Gerald tried to approach Sophia, but Jock signaled a few werewolves to block his way. "What is this? I want to hug my daughter. There should be a huge misunderstanding here."

Jock looked around to find Zealous. When he saw Zealous, Jock nodded.
