Chapter 74: Self Awareness

"This is all very confusing, young master."

"Yes. I know."

Ale decided to let Alex speak since it looked like he had a lot on his mind. And he knew that the only way they could get closer was by having an honest conversation.

"Is he.. really a dark attribute user?"

Alex asked while stealing a glance at Xion. After staying in Ale's base and interacting with him and his knights for so long, Alex had a pretty clear idea about Ale and his duchy.

And he quite liked them as well. The knights weren't close minded. They accepted him pretty easily, although he belonged to the enemy kingdom.

And Ale himself was a remarkable character. He managed to finish a war that would've taken years and countless sacrifices and finishe it within three months with the least amount of casualty possible, on both sides at that.
