Jasmine's eyes snapped open as she heard Scar coming back into the living room. Scar's face wore an apologetic expression causing Jasmine's heart to drop to her feet.
"I'm sorry, kid, but Tommy is on his way over here."

Jasmine's eyes widened as she jolts up from the couch. "What do you mean, Tommy is on his way over here? What the hell happened back there?" She asked as Scar shrugged while letting herself plopped down on the couch.
"Well, I thought he would've approached the situation differently considering that you're with me, but Tommy is Tommy, he's always pissed," she said as Jasmine stared at her in disbelief. "You're just sitting there, explaining this as if it's no big deal," she said as Scar shrugged again. "Because it's not," she said leaving Jasmine dumbfounded. "What do you mean it's not, I'm dead meat," jasmine said plopping beside her on the couch.
"Look, Jas, the reason why Tommy's all worked up is that he's worried about you," she said as Jasmine scoffed. "Yep, I'm about to get my ass chewed out," Jasmine said earning a laugh from Scar.

(Meanwhile at the mansion)
Tommy stormed towards the front door fiercely as he snatched his coat off the coat rack. The only thing going through his mind was "I'm going to kill her!"
Gray silently followed him behind as they headed towards the car that was up and running. They both thought Jasmine was in her room probably sleeping or something. The call from Scar was unexpected, at first they didn't believe it but when Tommy sent a maid to check Jasmine's room all hell broke loss.
Tommy was fierce, frustrated, worried, and even a bit guilty but right now all he wants to know is if she was okay. He may be angry at her stupid acts and he may want to kill her but in the back of his head, he was mad worried.
"What are you going to do once we arrive at Scar's?" Gray asked as they left the mansion, on their way to Scar's place. "I'm going to kill her and then I'm going to worry about her," he said as Gray secretly smiled.
Seeing his best friend in this state was very rare, well, it's very since the last time he ever cared for someone other than him, Scar, his parents, and the rest of the team.
Tommy had vowed to never care for someone after what happened and look at him now doing the exact opposite.

Jasmine was literally pacing Scar's livingroom as Scar sat there with nothing but amazement written on her face. "Kid, would you sit down," Scar said but Jasmine just shook her head earning a sigh.
Minutes later there was banging on Scar's front door startling both Jasmine and Scar. "Uh, Uh! This fool ain't finna be banging on my door like that, who the hell he thinks he is, the cops," Scar said getting up from her seat to go answer the door.
Jasmine froze in her spot as she heard Scar opened the door revealing an angry Tommy. Her heart stopped as she had Scar and Tommy arguing before his heavy footsteps were heard making their way towards the living room.
"Jasmine! Where you at?" Tommy called out causing Jasmine to panic and before she could do anything, Tommy appeared before her.
Out of fear and nervousness, she began to ramble. "Look, Tommy, I'm sorry I didn't mean to run away, I was just so pissed at you and I need some air but I knew you wouldn't have let me so I left, then I ran into these guys and-
Tommy immediately walked towards her with a pissed expression causing Jasmine to instantly shut up as the saliva was forced down her throat. She was expecting a tight grip on the neck or a collar grip, but instead, she got a warm hug and a sigh of relief.
Jasmine unknowingly melted in Tommy's arms as he held her. She would never admit this herself but she felt safe in Tommy's arm. "You're so stupid," Tommy softly said as Jasmine slowly hugged him back. "I'm sorry, Tommy," she whispered as Tommy sighed before pulling back examining her body until he accidentally touched her stomach near her ribcage as she groaned instantly stepping away from him.
"What's wrong, Jas?" Tommy asked as he started to get worried about her sudden action. Avoiding his stares, Jasmine slowly lifted her shirt, revealing the dark purple bruise across her ribcage.
Tommy's eyes darken and his fist balled. Jasmine saw his sudden change of behavior causing her to ramble again. "Tommy, it's okay, I'm fine-
"We're going home," Tommy gritted through his teeth while lifting Jasmine, bridal style before walking towards Scar's front.
"Yo, Tommy-
"Goodnight, Scar," he said coldly before leaving with Gray, who stopped to greet Scar before heading towards the car where
Tommy and Jasmine sat waiting.

The journey back to Tommy's was awfully quiet, too quiet for Jasmine's liking. "Tommy-
"I'm not in the mood to talk right now, Jasmine, so I suggest you wait until we return home," he said as the tone of his voice made her sigh in defeat.
It felt like eternity and Jasmine desperately wants to get out of this car, she felt like she was scoffing.
"Are we here yet?" She asked feeling nauseous while Tommy gripped the steering in frustration. "We're almost at the entrance, Jas, hang on," Gray said as he felt the tension in the car. Jasmine leaned her head against the seat as she closed her eyes. Cold sweat started forming on her forehead as she tried taking slow, silent deep breaths.
Tommy glanced through the review mirror to witness Jasmine's state immediately speeding up the journey.
The moment the car stopped, Jasmine wasted no time in exiting the car. She jogged towards the mansion leaving both Tommy and Gray behind.

Jasmine shut her door, taking a deep breath as she leaned against it. A few minutes later, there was a soft knock followed by Tommy's soft voice. "Jasmine, open up, we gotta talk," he said as she sighed before opening the door. Tommy stood there with the first aid kit as she let him in before walking to go lay on her bed.
Tommy's footsteps were heard before he down beside her. "Lift your shirt," he said as Jasmine hesitated at first but eventually did, revealing the bruised mark on her ribcage. Tommy's jaw clenched at the sight before gathering the necessary stuff to treat her wound.
Jasmine waited patiently for the pain that she was about to receive while Tommy was about to treat her wound but instead she felt a warm, muscular hand intertwined with hers.
"Squeeze my hand if it hurts," Tommy said before he proceeded with the treatment.
Jasmine squeezed his hand while clenching her teeth as a deep furrow was invisible on her face.
Tommy hated the fact that Jasmine was in pain and tried his best to be gentle.

After treating her wounds, they both sat there in silence until Tommy broke it.
"I was really worried about you, Jasmine, both I and Gray thought you were in your room," he said as calm and soft as possible leaving Jasmine feeling bad.
"I'm sorry, Tommy, I just couldn't stay in this mansion, I just couldn't," she said staring down at her hands.
"I guess, I'm at fault as well, I shouldn't have spoken to you like that and for that I'm sorry," he said as Jasmine raised her eyebrows in amusement.
"Am I hearing things, did the heartless, most feared mafia, just apologize to a nineteen-year-old," she said with a widening smile as Tommy rolled his eyes. "Don't get too cocky, missy, I could still beat your ass," he threatened as she immediately went silent.
"I thought so," he said before a sinister smirk was painted on his lips slightly scaring Jasmine.
"But I changed my mind, you deserve a punishment,"
