Love the story and it's a terrific Overlord fanfic, waiting for the rest of the story to drop. Definitely would be 5/5 if not for no updates in 2 years, but otherwise in top 5 fanfics I've ever read. Sincerely Legend_No1
I had high expectations since it's cornbringer but it was just so bad. I've read mlt with more substance. the mc is plain stupid, has no personality and or even any semblance of character. Even tho he's op, there is no show of op-ness as you would expect going into an overlord fan-fic.

Great job by the author. The story is very well written with few errors (5*). World Background is also very accurate to the Overlord story, if a bit shallow (5*). While I have a few problems with the Main Character, the OC characters seemed very well done, even if they didn't get much screen time (overall, I give character design 4*)(Actually, I don't think one of his OC NPCs, the Terminator one, even got ANY screen time). Lastly, and the most problematic for me, is Story Development. The plot for this story is a bit...meh, I guess. It is very predictable, cliche, and honestly a little boring. MC has no real goal throughout the entirety of the fiction and is quite...unrelatable I suppose would be the best way to describe it. The POV chapters help quite a bit but overall it doesn't seem well thought out. Author rushed the development through the YGGDRASIL arc in order to get straight to the New World arc. This wouldn't have been a problem but...it seems like he had no idea what to do once he got there. Not only did he decide on engaging in a political marriage to take over the Re-Estize Kingdom for some reason, but in the end he refused the marriage and forcefully killed everyone in power anyways (Red Wedding style). Like, what was the point of all the political buildup if you are just going to do a hostile takeover? It made no sense. Then, just like the actual character in the story, author seems to have lost any aim as the plot falls to 'exploring' basically with very little cohesion. In the end, I gave Story Development/Plot 3 stars. Overall, I give the story 4.4 stars. Despite my misgivings, it is still a very well written Overlord fanfiction (one of the few I have found). Umu. . . . .

This was good. Very good. I enjoyed it very much and the aspect of fallen angel and God complex villain mc made it so much better. But unfortunately authors seems to have stopped updating a year ago. I hope he is uploading in Patreon.
sigh, this is a great novel if not for the fact that it was dropped out of nowhere. I really like CornBringers stuff but It was really off putting how he dropped both of the novels that I was reading. great novel but it was sadly dropped.

I don't get why some people say it's getting boring, these 22 chapters aren't boring at all and I'm looking forward to cornbringer completing the novel. Maybe after the marvel one is finished...

Well it's about time. since you've started to create anime fanfics, I suggest you create ONE PIECE fanfic. Since most of it's fanfiction here is pretty much trash. I like your humour and everything that goes with it. And I think One Piece is a perfect fanfic for you, 👌👌👌👌. I just said it here because I have no means in telling you this here in WEBNOVEL. And this overlord book is lit. definitely makes up for all the frustrating things sa OG one has. good good.

So... I liked it at first, but the quality of the story SHARPLY dropped, especially in chapter 11... I'm kinda disappointed in this fanfic since it had a lot of potential. The grammar is pretty good compared to most on this site, story development WAS good until chapters 9, 10, and 11. But... the CHARACTER DESIGN! Ugh... the mc who is prideful, decided to MARRY a MORTAL? When there are spells to use to control nobles? What? Also, don't forget that he is an illusionist! I rate this 3.4 out of 5 stars, but if there were out of 10 stars it would be a flat 5. The only thing holding this up is the stability of the updates and the writing quality (the grammar in this case). CORNBRINGER, I've read some of your other fanfics and they didn't flop like this one... I know I'm being harsh but I want to be honest here... and some people have liked your other fanfictions and rated this 5 stars just because of those...

This is definitely gonna be another amazing novel like common it's been made by the mighty CORNBRINGER!!! so I'm immediately making it 5 star with no bias at all.
This a striaght masterpiece, the characters are done right. The world buding is also showing with the colliusion of the elf king, the fantic religion, and human kingdoms.
I've been wondering, how does it feel writing someone who is conventionally a psychopath now? I would think it fun but I'm not sure how others would view it.
