Chapter 135: BEGINNING OF THE END - The opening of the portal

A strange man crept inside an old room. The walls were rusty and the paint had started to come off. There was a musty smell that assaulted his nose once he walked in. 

He did not mind the smell and walked inside briskly. 

Inside lay a woman. Her white dress had been rugged beyond belief and her body was covered with all types of ghastly marks. Her head was also bleeding profusely. This was the lady of the Hua household, Hua Ye.

Hua Ye was the youngest and the only daughter of the Hua Conglomerate, Hua Mingrong. She had an older brother named Hua Jingmin. 

The Hua family was very wealthy and influential. They owned multiple businesses and had a vast network of connections. Hua Mingrong, the patriarch of the family, was a shrewd businessman who had built the conglomerate from scratch.
