Chapter 45: Chapter 45

Eri was safe.

Meanwhile, the police and the heroes were engaged in battle with Chisaki's henchmen. Somehow, Chisaki knew about the operation. His henchmen were ready and they came out of the gates swinging, literally.

A huge idiot attacked first, endangering the policemen near the entrance. They were quickly rescued and the response from the heroes was instantaneous. The brute who had attacked was handled well by Ryuku and her interns.

Meanwhile, Fat gum, Aizawa and the rest made their way through the entrance and were confronted by other yakuza grunts. That was when I appeared on the scene.

Chisaki had really pushed my buttons. If I were the same person as I was during my first internship, I would have gone berserk with rage.

But, I had grown a lot since then.

I landed right next to Nighteye and the group and said, "A man as careful as Chisaki, who had managed to remain under the radar for so many years is bound to have contingencies to evade arrest. His henchmen attacked without provocation so they were aware of our plan. They are attacking ferociously and that could mean only one thing."

Everyone looked at me as I said, "Chisaki is buying time to run away. If we don't find him, then his men attacking us will not be directly linked to him. He will evade all the blame for the damage and possible injury and death."

Fat gum ground his teeth and said, "We need to hurry!"

I looked at him and said with a smirk, "Leave that to me."

I had grown... I had learnt not to control my emotions but to embrace them and accept them. Embrace my rage.. and channel it.

A devastating wave of Conqueror's will blasted out from within me, spelling doom for Chisaki and the yakuza. The ground underneath my feet shattered and whipped up winds that could uproot trees. The grunts fell down like bowling pins as my attack was simply too much for them to endure.

All the villains who had managed to stay awake were down on their knees gasping and wheezing for air. They were barely holding on to their consciousness.

Even the heroes were shocked. I ignored their stares and said, "Chisaki must have realised by now that Eri is not in her room. I'm sensing less than a dozen men still awake inside the building. We need to move, now!"

I was keeping a constant lookout for the movements of those awake. As we ran inside the building, I looked at Nighteye and said, "Chisaki has somehow recovered. He is running away. I can teleport to him and engage in battle."

I got an immediate rejection to that.

"No, I cannot send a student to fight a villain on their own. You will take Lemillion with you."

"Alright!"

'I understand now. There are fates far worse than death. Killing the villains isn't always the solution. I'll make an example out of you, Chisaki.'

Chisaki was prepared for the upcoming raid. He was ready to leave when the man whom he had ordered to keep an eye on Eri came running towards him and shouted, "Boss! Eri! She.. she's gone!"

Veins began popping up on his face as he looked at the man with extreme anger.

"What do you mean, she's gone?!"

"I-I'd locked the door and when I opened it she was gone! It-It was like she'd vanished!"

Chisaki removed his glove and before the man had a chance to make his case, he was reduced to a puddle of blood and mush.

'This was unexpected. All my plans depended on Eri!'

Then suddenly an ungodly amount of pressure engulfed him. It felt like he deep under the sea as he fell down and gasped for air. He tried with all of his being to remain awake, knowing that if he fainted, he would get captured.

The men around him had fainted and were seemed to barely alive. To think the heroes had such a weapon against him. He placed his hand on his head and healed himself from the massive damage done to him.

As he was about to run for his life, two boys appeared in the room with a flash of green. His presence at the base was finally proven. All of his plans came crashing down all around him.

His only way out was to fight.

Then he recognized the two who had appeared. It was the two nosey wannabe heroes whom he had almost killed was it not for Eri.

'So it was them! They brought the heroes to my doors! They took Eri from her room!'

"I should have killed you in that street and turned you into bloody smears on the wall!!"

(BNHA)

I scoffed at his deranged proclamation and said, "You don't have the balls and neither are you strong enough to do so. We are here to make you pay for all the atrocities you've committed. We are here to avenge Eri."

Chisaki was losing his mind when he suddenly regained composure. He said, "All is not lost. I can still escape. All I have to do is..!"

He rushed towards us with his hand outstretched to use his quirk. Mirio easily phased through his attack while I got under his attack and like an experienced in fighter, I rammed my armament covered fist into his liver, sending him crashing into the wall.

Chisaki doubled over in pain and groaned.

"You're entire operation and you organization will end today, Chisaki."

The man healed himself once again and stood up, frustration and anger clouding his eyes.

"Eri.. You have no idea how dangerous she is. Her quirk, it's called rewind. Such a powerful quirk... It can even reverse evolution and reduce a man to an ape! That girl is cursed. I have done a lot of research. Her quirk can rewind the species back to a time before mutation. Eri possesses such power. She can bring humanity back to normalcy. A power that can destroy the norms! But, you took her away... She's at UA, isn't she? A boy like you has no idea of her value! You are not qualified to use her!"

Knowing what was about to happen with my 'will of observation', I used my telepathic connection with the heroes and immediately said, 'Run! Run outside the building!!'

The next thing I knew was the entire building transforming before my very eyes. Chisaki used his quirk to disassemble the whole building and turned it into numerous spikes targeting anything and everything that could move.

"I will get her back.. You heroes and your petty small justice.. You can't see the bigger picture! I want to destroy the world of heroes, the structure itself! You, who act on sentiments, should get out of my way!!"

There was destruction all around. I could not simply stand and watch. So, I charged ahead.

'Fist of judgement!'

I bashed through the spikes and hit him with all of my might. Chisaki was sent flying as his body tumbled over the rough remains of the building, blooding his body all over.

Chisaki could not get back on his feet. But, he then used his quirk to heal himself once again. He then touched his henchmen and reduced them to a mist to integrate them into his body.

It was time for a final showdown.

"Again.. and again.. and again.. You try. No matter who you are.. I will get her back!! Even if I have to bring this entire country down on its knees!!!"

He transformed into a behemoth of a being and flew towards me, his fists swinging ahead, ready to smash their foe into oblivion. But, much to his frustration, I was preapred.

A ribcage appeared around me to tank the blow. Then formed a boney arm that slammed into him and sent him away.

Slowly, the skeleton formed in its entirity with flesh taking form around it.

I was done holding back.

The country needed a new symbol.

Fueled by my rage and determination, my willpower exploded out of my body. It manifested around me in the form a godly emerald knight, bending the sky itself to it. For a radius of tens of miles, the sky had turned green as it yielded to my will.

'Emerald Knight: God of Storms.'

For weeks I had held on to my rage.

It was time to unleash it.

'Iaido: Heaven splitter.'

"RRRRRAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!"

As Chisaki flew towards me to attack again, the knight avatar drew his sword and slashed Chisaki, destroying whatever enhancements he had made to his body and reduced him to his original form.

Broken and bloodied he fell to the ground below. And there I stood in my of my majesty, ready for the scum to make their moves.

That day marked the end of the Yakuza and Shie Hassaikai.

That day ended Eri's torment. She was finally free from the clutches of Chisaki.

A/N: Sorry folks.. this is the best I could do.. Writing this chapter almost made me quit. Such was the challenge. I mean, the fight in the anime was legendary. I hope I was able to hold a candle against it. Please, let me know if you liked it or not.
