Chapter 29: Back to School

After shutting down the computer, Austin glanced at the medicine stored on his study table, then got up to get a glass of water and drink his medicine as usual.

After finished taking his medicine, Austin flopped onto the bed and stared blankly at the ceiling in his room. As he heard Athena's voice earlier, that soft voice unconsciously sounded familiar in his ears. Austin unconsciously furrowed his brows as he thought. One face came to mind. But Della was an annoying girl who always used a sarcastic tone when talking to him. Her voice was different from Athena's soft-sounding voice. Austin erased his guess as he suddenly stood up to reach for his cell phone.

Dialing one of the numbers in his contacts, it didn't take long before someone picked up his call.

"How strange that you're willing to call me outside a game like this. We were just talking earlier, weren't we?"
