"Khan, if I ask all of them to stand up from their rest, and we're moving out, will they do that?" Liam suddenly asked as Khan thought about it before giving an affirming nod.

It was true. If Liam told every one of them they were moving, he was sure they would have to move out. It was a strange instinct Khan couldn't understand.

"Yes. If I tell them to run, they immediately do. If I ask them to fight, they take their blades and prepare to fight. Whatever I say, they follow. Do you think I don't have a duty over them? They listen to what I have to say, so it's my responsibility to make sure they're not led astray.
