Chapter 251: Arrested

The local authorities did arrive at the scene in about 6 minutes and it did not go how Marcus expected it to go at all. 

The medical officers went ahead and treated the heavily injured bar-owner and the mage, while all of Marcus's henchmen and he himself were brutally arrested. 

Two of Marcus's tier 4 henchmen were executed on the spot for attempted murder and when one more tried to resist the arrest he was knocked out cold. 

Marcus's protests of ' Do you know who my father is? ' fell flat on Warren officials who did not give a solitary fuck if Marcus's father was a monarch. 

Thrown in a detention cell with heavy prisoner chains, Marcus had a breakdown as he could not figure out where his life was going wrong. 

Countless times he had acted the same way in many different vampire cities and there had never been any ramifications for him.
