Chapter 18: Mutatations Experiment

At this time, Horus is standing in the forest surrounding Wakanda at night with his eyes closed. The new innate abilities he'd unlocked after evolving were very useful.
Horus has already thought of various scenarios and instances where he could apply these abilities. Whether in battle or just in everyday life, the usages are very versatile.
Using his telepathy, Horus could feel all of the minds of everyone and everything. This includes plants.
Despite being bombarded with all of the brain waves from the people and animals of Wakanda, Horus quickly reduced the signal strength in which he was scanning.
Thanks to his 13th-level intellect, Horus is able to deftly comprehend and even familiarize himself with the newly acquired telepathy.
The reason is that he imagined himself as a satellite, being able to receive and send signals. However, the satellite is his brain while he is the person operating the modules.
In addition, he can essentially hack into other people's satellites directly from their computers due to how sophisticatedly he imagined the ability of telepathy to be.
He's the hacker and other people's brains are computers for him to remotely control, install, delete, and even "update" whatever is in their hardware.
Well, if their firewalls are strong enough, Horus would mostly read their minds. It would take him some time for him to get through the more advanced facets of the brain.

Hours pass as Horus sits out in the forest, seemingly in a trance-like state as he continues to delve deeper into the ability of telepathy.
Even until now, he's sent out whispers to some Wakandans that would make them jump in alarm.
That quickly went away as they just thought that maybe they were imagining things. But, even that was Horus's doing.
Horus is thoroughly comprehending the intricacies of how these new, as he now refers to his abilities, "chips" work.
Thinking technologically, as he noticed, helps him better connect and integrate with the new chips installed inside his brain.
Getting up, Horus begins to walk south of the forest with no particular direction in mind. His is mind consumed with mastering telepathy.
Hours pass again as Horus suddenly stops.
A certain feeling arises within his soul, pulling him towards a certain part of Wakanda.
With a simple step, he opens a Rift. Horus was able to discern exactly where the pull was coming from.
The Heart-shaped Herbs.
Horus walks towards the herbs, bends one knee, touches an herb, and is soon pulled into a giant white space of sorts with nothing but the flower.
'What kind of ability is Mutation? It pretty much has its own mind space. Simply amazing!' Horus thinks as he expands his Divine Sense outward, not finding an end within the 2000km radius of his ability.
Having no other choice, Horus walks up to the single heart-shaped herb but is stopped.
It has some sort of transparent cubed barrier around it. However, once he touches it, a load of information rushes its way into his mind.
If he was of lesser Life Presence, his soul would have immediately been hit with a terrible blow. Anyone looking at Horus from the outside would only see him as an idiot, someone on the mental retardation spectrum.
The information downloaded is the genetic makeup of the herbs. The information transmitted included the mutation Even the radiation from the vibranium is there as well.
Thinking quickly, Horus immediately leaves the space and returns outside.
He sets up a space barrier of around 5m around himself and some plants. Those approaching would see him but would not be able to pass the barrier.
'This should be better. I don't want any distractions.'
Back in the mind space, Horus spends a lot of time comprehending the information downloaded.
He has every strand of DNA that makes up the heart-shaped herb.
At this moment, Horus plucks a simple enzyme from the flower to see what would happen.
As expected, the flower withered in no time. Placing it back, Horus decides to see how the flower would be affected if he removed the radiation.
Once again, the flower withers away.
'So, [Mutation] allows me to acquire the DNA/molecular of anything through touch. I can also add and remove data from said thing without actually changing it in reality. This is more of an analysis/research space. A test facility!!'
Horus punched the air after finding this out. He could go crazy with this as he didn't have to worry about destroying everything he failed to evolve or transform.
Imagine having the power to evolve but you evolved the wrong way and now you're a zombie. What are you going to do? You can't start over. However, with this ability, Horus can…
Burn it and start over!
Horus has the easiest and most accurate analysis lab in the entire world. His brain is already comparable to, if not more than, a quantum computer.
Therefore, it isn't far-fetched to think his brain is capable of accurately displaying the heart-shaped herb's possible mutations in conjunction with his Evolution Authority.
Knowing this, Horus's excitement reached the heavens as he began his work of mutating the Heart-shaped Herbs.
He could have a field day creating variations of future black panthers. Horus could imagine to lethality of a bio-electric-powered black panther.
With this first thought in mind, Horus quickly calculated that the cells used to produce bioelectricity are electrolytes.
Eels produce thousands of electrolytes to generate an output of approximately 600V of electricity.
Therefore, his next calculation is determining that about 3 billion electrolytes are needed to produce 600 million volts which is equal to 300,000 kilovolts of electricity.
Heeding the force of Horus's will, his Evolution Authority began its work of adding and changing the herb while significantly increasing its other abilities such as snap-back speed, neuron cells, muscle fibers, bone density, metabolism, elasticity, and oxygen intake.
Horus also adds stronger muscle density with shock absorption in the process as well.
The aging aspect of a Black Panther… well he won't change that much. Maybe an extra 30 years of youth.
Horus's authority did its job and did exactly what he needed it to do down to the T. The overall abilities of the Black Panther powers would be elevated to that of Enhanced instead of Peak Human.
The flower produced changed from its original heart-shaped form to that of a lily with electrical currents moving along its leaves and stem.
'What a beautiful flower. Had I known I could make this, I would've given all the goddesses a token of my 'love'. Hehehe,' Horus applauds himself, mentally marveling at the attractiveness of the flower.
Given that this flower was a success and had no apparent drawbacks, Horus would need to find a test subject. No doubt it's Bashenga.
Horus then found that he could save this herb design and start a new one. His work began anew.
Since he's already done lightning/electricity, Horus decided to do every major element. Even going as far as to add a minute amount of divinity to the plants to give them the supernatural ability of control over an element.
For example, if Katara from ALA ingested a water-attributed herb and wasn't able to waterbed, she would then be able to control water due to her abilities from the plant and Horus's divine power. This mimicked water bending. As such, Horus then produced various herbs with a multitude of attributes.
All of these herbs Horus had created in a matter of minutes were complete with no immediate side effects. His concentration reached new heights as he delved deeper into the intricacies of mutation and DNA.
He also found that applying more divine power to the herbs caused their appearance and power levels to soar through the roof.
At this time, Connor could make Superhumans.
However, the downside would be that the person ingesting the herb would be put into hibernation mode to assimilate and go through the proper evolutionary changes.
Another thing Connor added was that once a Black Panther was crowned, the power could not be stripped away by drinking whatever serum the Wakandans used.
Instead, the ritual of king would be done before the new official Black Panther was officially crowned king. That Killmonger sh*t in the movies would go a completely different way. Hopefully, a positive way.
Horus then began the actualization of the Heart-shaped Herb's various mutations.
Horus let down the barrier he'd created and proceeded to pluck 40 herbs along with their roots from their home and transplant them in a separate space of different soil.
The soil Horus had evolved contained a chunk of his divinity that would self-replenish while absorbing all of the elements Horus infused it with. Its appearance was akin to a certain book series he'd read once.
'The Heavenly Multicolored Soil. Truly I have outdone myself. Who'd thought I would unintentionally make the famous soil from Dan and Martial God of the Otherworld.'
Happy with himself, Horus continued.
Next, he then transplanted each of the 40 herbs into the soil. The soil began glowing and feeding the herbs elemental energy.
Finally, after an hour of absorption, the soil dimmed to a low glow.
The Heart-shaped Herbs, fortunately, were filled with more vitality than ever before. Wisps of purple radiation wafted off of them, maintaining an ethereal glow of purple.
Seeing this, Horus was pleased.
The next three hours were Horus mutating the herbs with all of the attributes he'd liked.
Now, each plant had its own color and attribute appearance. Their elements and appearances are shown on each name except the first nine:
Speed Herb.
Strength Herb.
Endurance Herb.
Computer Herb.
Stealth Herb.
Telepathic Herb.
Telekinesis Herb.
Phase-shift Herb.
Sono Herb.
Lightning Herb.
Flame Herb.
Water Herb.
Ice Herb.
Wind Herb.
Light Herb.
Space/Star Herb.
Darkness Herb.
Metal/Earth Herb.
Destructive/Corrosive Herb.
Poison Herb.
Horus unfortunately couldn't make a Time Herb as he lacked the necessary divinity for it. At this point, he couldn't even see the elemental particles or cosmic energy for it at all.
However, his Left Eye of Truth could allow him to perceive the time elements.
But, he wasn't going to. He was too lazy for all that.
What Horus wanted to try out and the test would be the Right Eye of Continuity.
That in it, was an OP name. He essentially can travel to any dimension or universe at any point of time in history.
'Is this an Omniversal-level ability? Fuck! Why am I so OP in the Marvel Universe?'
He couldn't hold it in any longer.
"LORD, HAVE MERCY. I'M ABOUT TO BUST!!"
Horus shouts this at the top of his lungs. His voice is equal to 10 concert speakers playing at once at full volume.
Every person asleep in Wakanda woke up fast and alert, confusion, and shock were written on all of their faces.
"Oops, my bad. Go to sleep."
Horus then eases them back to sleep with his newly acquired Telepathy.
Using both of the Eyes of Horus, he suddenly found the "truth" on how to use his ability.
With mastery as though he'd practiced for 100 years, Horus walks out of this universe and into...
