The County of Rondelle is an eastern province in the Kingdom of Runtallia, which borders both the Great Neutomian Sea and the provinces of the Central Region. It has a population of 285,000 souls, and is famed for its fish production and its shared history with the Neruland Isle, arguably the nation with the strongest fleet in the entire continent, despite only being the second largest navy preceded by the Durfrenian Empire's Grand Imperial Armada. Rondelle is the third largest province in the Estveine Region in terms of land mass, but its population is almost on par with the Marquisate of Ruggleford that has territory nearly twice its size. In addition, it has around 215 minor noble houses sworn to its liege lord, the head of House Roswalt. Despite being categorized as a town, its capital Fournemouth is not called a city, albeit settlements reaching over 10,000 inhabitants were considered as one by Kingdom laws.
