Chapter 44: A meeting with death

Minna sat quietly by Fario's side.

She quietly observed the latter for some time, then she gently placed her hands on his fresh wound.

"Whatever sword cause this much damage.was by no means a normal sword"

She had never seen such a strange phenomenon.

She wasn't even certain that she would completely be able to heal him.

He had gone far beyond that state.

She gently placed her wool bag to the ground, then she digged her hands inside, searching through it until she found what she was looking for.

"That should be it"

She pulled out the round ball, that had needles all around it.

Swiftly she pulled out each needle placing them on the fresh open wound.

"What's this?" She observed closely.

Her piercing red eyes witnessing the strange occurrence.

The little mana she had placed on the needle was being eaten by the injury, deepening it the more.
