"Is it?" She narrowed her eyes, her hands were already on her daggers that she had laced with poison just for this man. "You killed her and her family and you stole the necklace from her. Now you are claiming it was yours. Following this logic, this necklace should be mine after I stole it from you, no?"

"You— "

Lyca chuckled. "Xu Ke… you are still the same." She lifted her chin, silently challenging him to come down and fight her. However, the latter didn't move. Instead, he stared at her face for a few seconds.

"You know nothing."

She sneered. "Would you want me to tell you what she said before she died?"

He squinted at her, "Who are you!?"

"I believe you already know that," she countered as she took a single step back. Lyca wasn't really sure if she would want him to know who she really was. However, she realized that him knowing her real identity would be better.
