The next days Sera has been following me every time. Eu was displeased and showed her displeasure by sitting on my lap and glare at Sera.
"Uhh, Aikawa-Sensei! Why is Hellscythe-dono look at me like that?" she asked as we were eating our breakfast.
'Why do you think?' I asked in my head.
"Sera-san, why are you still here? Didn't Eu already told you that she won't come? And what with the sensei? Just call me Ayumu is fine." I said.
"Please don't look down on me. I have my pride as a Vampire Ninja and I will finish my missions! I will call you Ayumu-Sensei then as I want to learn the 'Hiken Tsubame Gaeshi' from you. As such please take care of me from now on!" she answers which means I got another freeloader.
"Sigh, try to appease Eu first if you want to stay here. I have to go to school!" I said and stand up.
"Wait Ayumu! Here is you Ben-To." shout Haruna from the kitchen.
"At least, You add a rice in it right? I don't want to only eat Tamagoyaki at school." I said and she looks to the side.
"Shut up! It's just I don't make rice as good as Tamagoyaki." she said embarrassed.
"Okay, I will hold on for now. But, please try to learn making it! Aren't you a genius, how can't you make something as simple as rice." I said and she nodded.
"Well then, I am leaving!" I said and left the house.

After school ended, I did not immediately go back home. I visit a property seller, I want to have my own training place so I want to buy land and build a Gym, Dojo, a big sparing hall and an underground base.
I got so much money from selling information so this is just a change for me. Beside what use is money if not used to make my life easier. I can just rebuild my home, but I quite like that home the way it is so I won't do it.
Arriving at the seller I got in.
"Excuse me!" I said as I got in.
"Yes, May I help you? Are you searching for an apartment?" said the marketers.
"No, my name is Aikawa and I already call about buying the land close to the cemetery." I said and the man looks at me weirdly since there is no one who wants to buy a land there but didn't comment.
"Okay then, I will go take the document that you have to sign since you already pay half the price and we can work on it faster after you pay off the rest of the price." he said.
"Yeah, I can pay it now if it help with the process." I said while thinking that Am I cursed to be close to the cemetery since the land that I find close to home and as large as I want to be is only there. Well, whatever it's not important as I am a Ghoul and I live with a Necromancer and Vampire at home.
"Sorry for the wait. Please sign all this document, also how will you pay the rest of the price?" he asked.
"With a debit card, here the card. I will sign the document!" I said and gave him the card.
When I finish signing the document he called out again.
"Here Mr. Aikawa, please put in the pin number." he said and I put in the pin.
"With this all the procedure is complete and that land is now officially yours Mr.Aikawa, congratulations." he said with a smile on his face.
"Thank you! If that was all of it, I will be taking my leave then."
"Yes, please be careful and use our service again when you need it." he said and I nodded.

Arrived at home I was greeted with the sight of Sera feeding Eu with pudding while Haruna also eat a Pudding and there is many Pudding plastic glass on the table.
"So, the two of you got bribe with a Pudding huh." I said while looking at them.
"Sensei, I got permission from Hellscythe-dono to stay here!" she says with a happy face.
"Yeah, I can see that. Anyway, I will be in my room since I have to make a call." I said and go upstairs to my room.
Turning on my computer I get into contact with one of underworld builders. They specialize in building a property for the underworld which usually uses a sturdy material to withstand a war. Since usually it was a mafia who hire them to build a fortress.
Of course I did not hire them with my name or my alias Falcon. That will be pain a target on myself. While I did not afraid of them, I don't want anyone to disturb my life here.
Done with that and they told me it will be finished in about five months if I pay more than usual which I agreed. Since I want it to be built as fast as it can.
After that I change my clothes and search for interesting news and interesting news I get. Sekibayashi Jun retired after a year long career where fought in extreme deathmatches one after the other and brought terror to the SJPW ring.
Seeing this, I know that it was three years before the Kengan Life or Death Tournament was held. I have to make a name for myself so I can join it, or I can just build my own company to join. I Might become the Chairman as I win it.
As for leading the company which I think is troublesome. I will just search for good Secretary like Pepper Potts to help me lead my company like how Tony Stark does it. As for what company will I build. It is a medical technology company. I will summon the technology blueprint from the movie Elysium and recreate it here. I will Rent out the Med-Bay to the hospital.

Coming down to the living room, I see the girls were playing video games that I bought the last time we went to Akiba. Letting them be, I start to prepare for dinner.
"Dinner is ready!" I shout as I finish making dinner as they immediately stop playing games.
"What is it for dinner? This smells, it's curry!" asked Haruna.
"Hmmm, you are right, it is curry." I said and they were happy with it.
Finnish dinner Haruna and Eu go back to their game while Sera was looking at me.
"What is it Sera?" I asked her.
"When will you teach me Tsubame Gaeshi sensei?" she asked, blunt as usual.
"Not now!" I said. Like hell will I be able to teach you when I use cheat to do it. I must hurry to perfect the technique.
"Well, if that's it I will be out for a while."
"are you trolling for Megalo again?" asked Haruna.
"Yeah, I will bring a snack when I get back."

"Ugh, I just hope you don't imitate her habits onay Eu!" I said to her which she nodded.

"We will go out this weekend. Let's play to another town like usual Eu!" I said in order to make sure Eu will become a Hikikomori.
