*3RD POV*
Brandon could be seen running towards Hajime admist the traum soldiers skillfully parkour'ing his way while decapitating soldiers that stood before him
*Brandon POV*
"Hajime" I called out to him
"Dont worry just concentrate on keeping the behemoth at bay I'll destract it and watch your back and take this"
I threw him a mana recovery potion I had on my person
Jumping back I made distance between me and the behemoth while taking a sword stance with my hand on the sword hilt I let out a murky breath *haaah*
~DOOMED STRIKE~
Ice could be seen spreading across the blade as I moved it above my head tensing up by forearm muscles I shot it forward
"BOOOOOOM"
Bring forth a devastating strike of ice with aura covering it, it could be seen hitting the behemoth as a thundering roar spread throughout the dungeon causing it to shake with debris falling from the roof
As the dust cleared the behemoth could be seen encased in a ice block
Falling on one knee I acted as if that strike used everything in me but truthfully I could release at least ten more
I didn't even use my full power only enough to act weak and give our classmate the opportunity he needs to send us spiraling into the abyss
Around 5 seconds later everyone came out of their stupor when a loud crack was heard
It was the sound of the behemoth breaking through the ice
"Now boys! RUN!!"
The mage squad started firing different types of spells as it flew over our heads at the behemoth
Hearing melds voice hajime ran towards me as he slinged my arm around his neck carrying me towards the rest of the class
Barely having walked ten steps two beams could be seen heading our way it exploded right it front of us sending us flying backwards in different directions
Looking up I see Kouki and daisuke letting out a evil Little smirk
Stunned I look at him
I understand daisuke as this is what happened it canon but Kouki was a complete surprise i never expected something like that from the 'HERO'
But then it clicked the reason why he always glares at me and the reason he hates me to the bone
*Flashback*
It was back in our world during one of the Yaegashi dojo spars I was up against Kouki in a spar as he wanted to join the club
But obviously not wanting him close to my shizuku I challenged him to a duel the stakes being if he won I would leave the dojo and if I won he would leave
And the result was pretty obvious as I trashed him ending it in under 30 seconds of the match completely humiliating him and since then he'd always glare at me hatefully
*Flashback End*
Hearing the sound of the bridge collapsing I was brought out of my memory looking up I saw shizuku looking at me with wide eyes
"WAIT FOR ME"
Was all I said I think she heard me as all I saw was her nodding slightly as she closed her eyes with tears slipping out I kept my eyes locked on her as I fell straight down into the abyss
Looking as the light completely disappeares above me I twist my body slightly mid air while mana wings spread out from my back allowing me to glide through the air landing safely on the ground
Mana wings was a little something I developed while staying in the palace seeing as my level capped I created it just in case I couldn't be sure if I'll be lucky enough to survive the fall
I don't even know how deep we'll fall
Feeling my feet touch the ground I looked around it was dark but not to the point of nothing being visible I could still see thanks to the glanz crystal embedded into the walls all around looking around I'm met with a hideous looking rabbit
"Such larges legs man are u ugly is that why you are alone down here" I joked with the rabbit
But seeing it disappear
~Evasion~
my body suddenly bent down as the rabbit kicked above me I could feel my hair swaying freely
opening my hand a katana suddenly appeared in it
I have a lot of them stored in my inventory as well as some clothes and other items
"My previous one broke after that attack on the behemoth I guess normal blades can't handle my full strength" I mused to myself while coating it with aura
~Shiinnngg~
Was heard followed by a gooey substance gushing out of it's neck as the head rolled on the ground
Storing the body in my inventory I continued walking while looking for a safe place to consume it
Walking around this floor I met countless monsters such as the wolf with lightning at it's tail and tha bear monster that took hajimes arm
I don't know how long it's been since I found a large cave with a single entrance
[Perfect] I thought to myself
Entering the cave I closed it using a giant stone I cleaved from the dungeon walls
"Finally I can start" removing one body of each monster from my inventory I place them in front of me then sliced themcup into cubes while mixing the
"Urghh it really stinks" doubting a little at the thought of the pain a that will follow
But soon enough I steel my resolve as I thought of my capped stats that wouldn't get any higher and at the thought of having to possibly face ehit which by now is a 100% chance as I want Yue as well as Tio in my harem both girls that have a blood fued with ehit for killing thier whole race
"Arge... Taste like shit" even though I was complaining I neved stopped eating once even ignoring my protesting stomach
The meat was tough and stringy and the forest blood clogged my throat but I tore at the meat and swallowed it all nonetheless
And if I had to guess I probably looked like some feral monster looking repulsive
Pushing those thoughts to the back of my head. I ate and ate and ate hours passed but still I continued to devour
"Arg gaahh Araaaaggh" a searing pain spread through me it felt as if something was eating me from the inside
As time passed the pain on grew worse
"Guaaaaaaah" it was an unbearable agony
But as my regeneration kicked in the pain seemed to recede but then Eventually it returned once more
I felt my body throb it began to pulse like one big organism in fact I could hear my body creaking
However an instant later my regeneration kicked in again and began repairing my body
And once the healing finished tha pain returned then he was healed again thanks to my regeneration I couldn't even faint my healing power had backfired on me
I screamed incoherently no matter how I Steeled my resolve I never expected the pain to be this much and it showed no sign of ending
*3RD POV*
Eventually his body began to morph
His abyss black hair turned a silvery-snow white with crimson tips as if dipped in blood
Then his muscles and bones started to grow slightly then contract again continuously until he had a toned but lean physique
*Brandon POV*
finally the pain receded leaning my back against the wall while breathing heavily I looked at the red lines going down my arms as well as my snow white-silvery hair with crimson tips hanging in front of my eyes
"Too bad I actually liked my black hair" musing to myself I stood up feeling as my body actually felt lighter and the power pacted in my muscle I took a jab at the air hearing how a single punch teared through the air
Taking out a pair of black pants and a similar color t-shirt I wore it with a pair or leather shoes looking way to formal for someone at the bottom of the abyss
But what could I do... it's all I had.. there weren't any comfy clothes that I liked at the castle so I opted for this
"I wonder if hajime made it or if he died due to some butterfly effect caused by my arrival not that I care anyway" talking to myself I walk around looking for any signs of Hajime as well as the entrance to the next floor
Ahh yes I haven't seen my status yet
