Chapter 126: Insecurities

Jacob left the pair of uncle and niece alone to talk privately seeing that there's nothing to worry about. The restaurant had a bar in it so he went there to grab a drink. Ordering a cup of beer. He took a seat. 

"There you go. Sir." The bartender handed him a cup of beer.

"Thank you." Jacob mumbled without looking at the bartender.

The bartender stood there staring at him before she moved to serve the other customers. 

Jacob was watching the match that was airing on the TV as he sipped on his beer. Jacob wasn't the kind to give women attention. His job needs that. So it's become a habit of his. That's why he didn't notice the girls in the bar staring at him and whispering something. 

Luna, The bar tends to notice the fuss that this handsome stranger caused since he walked in. He was a new customer. She has never seen him here before. 

"He's handsome. Do you think we can get his number?" One of the girls asked.
