In Velandria, a small percentage of the worlds human population were affected by a strange anomaly that had changed the color of their skin to exotic colors, their eyes made to match their skin, besides their sclera which had turned to pitch black.

The world had no clue what caused this change. As a result, not knowing what had befallen these people has lead to discrimination and forced oppression to the people; Titling them 'devils'
