Cherry Blossom Generation/Manipulation: The user has the power to create and manipulate cherry blossoms.
Forest Creation: User can create woodlands and forests either from nothing or by shaping existing environment to the form they want.
Plant Growth:The user can influence and accelerate the growth of plants causing flowers and other plants to bloom instantaneously, causing them to mature with supernatural speed, grow to unusual size, and produce in abundance. The user can cause plants to grow from seeds to mature plants in moments, cause them to flower and produce fruits, seeds, etc. outside season, cause a cut plant to grow roots and other similar feats.
Seed Manipulation/creation: Users can create, shape and manipulate seeds of the flowering plants.
Forest Lordship: The user has dominion and control over forests that have recognize as it true ruler. The user will be able to have control and power over a forest and its surroundings.
Healing Water: The user can heal themselves or others by using water by absorbing water.
Heaven Deity/ruler of heaven(passive)(SEALED): a ruler of the heavens is a deity, divine lord, spirit or immortal-type being who rules the realm of the blessed dead, the upper skies and the cosmos, also known as the heavens. The ruler of the heavens will have authority and duties within the heavens with total control over its lands, the elements, the barriers, the creatures and the spirits/ghosts within the heavens, effectively bending the realm to their very well. Heavenly rulers are extremely powerful in their own right, however, can/may also be subservient to the very rules of heaven depending on the entity and if their able to bend those rules, even making new ones.(P.S there are many heavens but user has to create his/her own to rule.)]
