Chapter 40: Those cheesy lines were exactly Mason

They got back to the hotel and to their room. As soon as they entered the room, Tessy went straight to the bathroom and locked the door.

Mason stared at the door and sighed. He really couldn't understand her.

But he decided to just go to sleep and wait it out. In the end, she'd turn to her usual self and come back to him.

Tessy came out from the bathroom after taking a bath and cleaning her hair. Then, she remembered that she wasn't the only one in the room. Flustered, she made an attempt to return to the bathroom but stopped on seeing that Mason had already fallen asleep.

She heaved a sigh of relief and sat down. She couldn't believe she actually agreed to stay in one room together and even share a bed. This wasn't like her room where she could call for help if he went overboard. This was a 'hotel'.

She must've been crazy.

"Will he try to act funny at night?" She wondered and placed her hand on her head.
