Chapter 124: I don't want to marry him

Anger blazed through Chen Yuzhou's eyes. He opened his mouth to shout at Chen Ziyue, but Mei Lin stopped him in time. She grabbed his arm gently and shook her head. "Dear, please control your temper. Not in front of everybody."

Chen Yuzhou wanted to argue but knowing that she was correct, he sighed slowly. He closed his eyes for a small second and immediately, his anger calm down. However, he was still upset that his eldest daughter had dared to threaten him with her words. He stared at Chen Ziyue and hissed through gritted teeth, "Fine! Let's go inside."

"Smart choice," Bai Liyue smiled. 

Chen Yuzhou snorted but remained silent to not create a scene.
