Were I able to represent well the feelings Kotarou was feeling? ... To make this chapter, I watched the episodes again ... And man ... I got goose bumps .....
The reason Kotarou is not staying, is that he wants to save Nami and mainly, he has nothing to gain here. The only fight that was worth watching was Zoro's against Mihawk.
He is the registrar, but he is only one person, but soon he will be able to have a way to register more than one location at the same time.
